  • I chose the Bonsaii C149-D Shredder- amzn.to/4cAJfVL for my project of getting rid of 20 years' worth of financial and medical documents. I need a break long before this Bonsaii Shredder does. It can shred 14 pages at a time continuously for an entire hour and then only needs a 10-minute cool down before it is ready to go for another hour! And as a micro-cut shredder rated for P4 level security it leaves me confident no one will be reassembling my documents.

A very useful video. I’m looking around for one at the moment. I have seen a great one on Amazon for £38. I have around 3000 sheets of delicate paper work. I will go for the micro cut.

Hi, Parris. I was listening as you said you were going to watch TV. Several years ago you said you used an over the air TV antenna. Are you still using an over the air antenna as your primary tv viewing platform? Or have you starting streaming any of the free or pay services? My wife and I still use an over the air tv antenna mostly. But we also stream the free app's like pluto tv, tubi, freevee, stirr, plex, xuemo, crackle, and a few others. Let me know if your receiving more channels than you use to and what else your up to as for your tv views. Thanks so much keep up the great work

Always check to see what the shredded stuff is like afterwards, shops sometimes are a bit reluctant to let you see. The smaller the particles the better, mine is a crypto cut version by Bonsai and it’s a real workhorse. Don’t forget to oil every so often, that will help keep it running well. I would suggest maybe only putting half the stated amount of papers through, I know it might seem a bit slower but it might actually help to get a rhythm going as it were.

what about amazon basics 7-8 sheets cross cut shredder? It has better reviews but can't decide should I go for the Bonsaii or Amazon Basics...

The model in this video is clearly better than Amazon Basic, but also more expensive. So the question is what do you want out of your shredder. Do you want the papers shredded into smaller pieces and do you want to be able to shred non stop, then Bonsaii C149-D is the right choice.
If the operating time and the size of the pieces are not so important and you would rather save money, in that case choose Amazon Basic 🙂

What about just throwing the particles away in the trash instead of using that brown bag?!

Sure, you didn't take those home from your white house office, remember what just happen to Biden & Trump?

Haha, nice little political humor there, "such as resorts in Palm Beach, Florida."
