    Hey there easy Eddie, great video 👍👍 Things won't be so easy, if you can't see😵 Those grinding wheels are known for exploding in the right conditions! 🤯 come on brother, at least wear safety glasses. I would like to continue seeing more of your videos in the future 🔧

      I appreciate that. I had glasses but they are all buggered up and I couldn't see. That grinder is a veritable death machine because the arbor is slightly off center and it causes all kinds of vibration during use.

    Hey Eddie, I just took delivery of my MT100, and SG30 grinder.. The stump grinder has some electrical issues, so bobcat is picking it up tomorrow. Basically, the up and down buttons dont work, but when you engage the aux hydros, the wheel spins, and the grinder head goes up, when you reverse the hydraulics, the grinder wheel still spins, and the head goes down. In the manual, it states that if using the SG30 on an MT, you need a 14pin electric plug, instead of the 7. Could you tell me which you have installed on yours? Thanks!

      It's actually a 14 pin connector with only 7 pins.

    Hello! My name is Reid and I am a video editor. I really enjoy watching your videos and aspire to start a landscape/construction business in the next few years. I started editing videos about 5 months ago, and now I edit various videos for people in my free time. Your UA-cam channel is continuously growing, and I could help to keep that trend up. I can also make thumbnails for the videos. If you are looking for an inexpensive video editor, please let me know!
    Best of luck to you and your channel,
    Reid

    Do you know what the recommended depth is using the MT100 stump grinder attachment? I just did a stump removal and the stump/root went down about 2-3ft and I don’t think the machine liked that.

      The limit of grind depth is probably ten inches or so. I usually try to go four inches below grade. Stumps that are on a mound can be a lot more time on site than you bargained for.

    Do you know if that bobcat stump grinder attachment would fit a Vermeer

    • @easyeddystrees
      @easyeddystrees  3 роки тому +1

      Mine is bob-tach attachment system rather than common industry interface which is what Vermeer uses. Very likely Vermeer would have their own attachment for their mini skid, but it's not something I have looked into. There are adaptors available in the after market for sure.

      Hey Damian, it will if you buy the Bradco/Paladin adapter plate part no. 103633 that converts a Toro style on a Vermeer to a Bobcat Mt mount. The cost is steep around $800. I've got one and it works great 👍👍

      @@workingmanrondoyle3287 though I really don't know why you would go through so much trouble to use a bobcat brand implement if you're bought into a Vermeer system. The Bobcat quality is probably not much superior

      @@easyeddystrees will after some phone calls to the rental yards for attachments in my area of Maryland's Eastern Shore. There's a better chance of finding a bobcat attachment over a Toro style attachment. I went in with the mindset if my trencher head went down and the job had to be completed that week, my options are now open to either mount system.
