@VanVleet Construction How did you use the shower jig to size your back panel wall to wall and base to ceiling? Any tips on that? Great video! I love working with onxy.
Nice Video Ed. I am in the process of installing a new bathroom using the Onyx collection. That template jig looks very handy. Can you provide the contact info for BCI. I would like to see if they would sell one. I googled BCI in Minnesota. It is a big construction company.
Many of the videos I watched used rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol instead of denatured alcohol. Why did you choose denatured and does Onyx say either one is OK?
Everybody use 36 inch cardboard shims as ur profile material and a hot glue gun to connect the pieces. Way cheaper and overall easier, make sure u brace to corners and also horizontal and vertical bracers. Then scrap with a puddy knife of some sort, lay on panel trace with marker then cut with skillsaw. Way cleaner process
Hello Chris, I like your jig. Is this something you made or did you purchase. If you purchased the jig, could you share the link. Thanks for sharing this trick..
I appreciated your UA-cam video. Where can I purchase a shower wall template jig?

Able to adhesive tihs RIGHT TO the cement board? Did you use a moisture barrier behind the cement board?
Why didn't you install the interior and top trim pieces? Was that client preference?
Where did you get that layout jig for your bath walls? I called BCI and they had no idea what I was talking about. Thanks

Hi Ed. We bought the jig from BCI. However, I believe you need to be a bath dealer for them to buy the jig.
Lower the volume when using your saw, otherwise great video, good information.
