Hello, I have started morning writing just three days ago... I am not happy using paper notebook but I find out the Noteshelf app. It's working for me 🙂. Handwriting!!! Yes!!! And now when I was watching your video I found out that this is the easiest way to destroy it... 😅 I didn't do yet because I didn't know it is not advisable read it again (what I didn't yet). Hi! I do this journaling practice a lot at night before sleeping but now i ll try it out during the mornings too! specially on the days when i feel more anxious when i wake up. Thank You for the video :) :)
