    I have watched several sites describing the value of morning pages but YOU are the first who mentions “ tearing them up” if there is a privacy concern or writing at other times if the day….WOW… Thank you

    Hello, I have started morning writing just three days ago... I am not happy using paper notebook but I find out the Noteshelf app. It's working for me 🙂. Handwriting!!! Yes!!! And now when I was watching your video I found out that this is the easiest way to destroy it... 😅 I didn't do yet because I didn't know it is not advisable read it again (what I didn't yet).       I write longhand on procreate pages then just delete it ❤

    Hi!
    I do this journaling practice a lot at night before sleeping but now i ll try it out during the mornings too! specially on the days when i feel more anxious when i wake up.

      oh amazing! yes it's so valuable to do in the morning to get things out of your head and prepare you for the day! I'm sure it's helpful at night too :)
