- Jamal Crawford’s NBA journey appears to have come to an end. The 20-year NBA veteran played for 9 teams and 20 coaches during his career.
A three-time winner of the Sixth Man of the Year award and the 2018-19 Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year, Crawford would retire with 19,419 points to rank 61st all-time in NBA history.
In his last game with Phoenix Suns during the 2018-19 season, he scored 51 points to become the oldest player in NBA history to reach that mark in a single game.

Very few guys without rings, mvps or all nba/ all star selections that deserve a hall of fame spot, Jamal Crawford is one of them
Jamal is the player you dream of being when youre just daydreaming,
Those handles, that finesse!
that's what we all wanted as kids
We got Hall of Famers, we got Superstars, we got All-Stars & then there’s Jamal Crawford. One of the most skilled underrated players in NBA history !!
Hopefully he will be HOF. I believe he was 6MOY with Clippers. 20 years played and was always a deadly threat. Should’ve had more chances to shine

Yes sir every bit as skilled if not more than Kyrie. His iconic back crossover was phenomenal

Fun Fact: Jamal Crawford has the most 4 point plays in NBA history
Sheesh the gap between jamal and the 2nd place thou. He's gonna be right there for a while
because he jumps like a foot forward on his jumpshot.
@@aceboogie9670 and because of the rule change, he'll be up there for a long time
@@ar3l22 yeah otherwise it wouldn’t be a four point play, just the 3 free throws
James harden has 70 to Jamal’s 54 soooo idk
That "6th man" role robbed us of a great one. He stayed mostly healthy, scored 50+ a good amount. I think he has the most 4 pt plays in NBA history. Good size ar 6'5 but played a little before the era he would've truly thrived in.
Man he would've been a superstar in today's era
He accepted the 6th man role after being a starter for years, it was his choice
I literally tried to steal this man's whole dribble package, thank you Jamal Crawford for inspiring me so much and contributing to the world's best game.

Bro gotta be in several top ten categories. Handles, closer, 6th man, underrated…..etc 🔥
Jamal was definitely underrated. 20 years and never disappointed. I wish he got a ring before he retired.
Jamal’s offensive game is very similar to Kevin Durants…tighter handles less height n explosion but very much a player who keeps his defender off balance
Man literally scored 51 points in his 2nd to the last game and never got to play again in the NBA. He's one of the players that plays an entire season in the NBA and then plays another league or two in the offseason just to earn for his family. One of the most entertaining and clutchest players I know along with Kobe and Vince. Hats off to the one and only JCrossover ✊
If you’re in the league that long you don’t need a second job. He just love the game. He could’ve retired years ago & lived off the pension. Vet minimum salary puts anyone in the top 1%
he got injured which is too bad because i`ve never seen a 40 year old move that fast and control the ball like that , like he did in Nets
Man's just loves the game
He liked to gamble...like Jordan so maybe that's his play money
Got 51 and played no defense
In 2k13 this man was unstoppable
Real ones remember
Fuckin broken lob city was instant dub
the realest ones remember 2k13 portland
They had to nerf his jumpshot iirc
Real ones played 2k11 everything after was garbage and I would dominate you with 2011 hawks jcraw, starvin Marvin, joe Johnson, Jsmoove, big al
Criminally underrated..... He's one of those "your favorite player's favorite player" types... And clutch too......
Jamal is so good that even his own teammates will fall down in his incredible cross over moves though they aren't guarding him.
Lmao
Surprised he didnt drop a ref.
The definition of "a spark off the bench"
The type of player everyone who watched him remembers. Dude just went out there and enjoyed the game

The fact that Jamal Crawford been traded so many times is crazy to me. I’d want him on my team
The behind the back into the hop step is one of the sweetest basketball moves I've ever seen...

One of my favorite ballhandlers in the NBA. I hope someone keeps some of his moves alive.
For what it's worth, they were born on blacktops. He found a way, along with other players back then, to fold them into the NBA game.

@@Max-mj4bc yea. U right. But i wanna see double behind the back crossover. Kyrie is a God in his own right. Lol

One of my fave players of all time. Met him and it was like I met Jordan. Dude was SUPER humble. I was a 6’5 pg. and he legit the same height doing this. He a legend in my eyes 💯

What a magical old school baller. Very underrated figure in basketball history.
Everytime I see a Jamal Crawford highlight I’m smh… too nice.

Besides his handles, his shooting is also underrated. #8 in 3 point made and nice shooting form...
One of the best shooting forms ever it’s like butter just smooth

He’s got some nasty highlights but 11:30 will always be my favorite. Matthews got crossed so bad he complained to the ref.
The highlight package was only 11 minutes.. they could have gone on for an hour or more. The guy was a beautiful player and an absolute master of hoops, elite ball control, just poetic on the hardwood.. the only thing missing from his catalog is a chip. He is a hall of fame player and deserves all the accolades for his exceptional talent and not only was he magnicent at ball he is an even better person. Salute to J. Crossover and thank you, it was a pleasuring watching you hoop for all these years.
He make layups look like posters 🔥🔥🔥
5:15 He just hit a scoop lay-up, that he had to wrap around his defender, from a good 12 feet away from the goal.
And he did so with the exact, perfect angle off of the backboard too.
Enjoy the well-deserved retirement, Jamal.
Thanks for the highlights!
20 years.... damn
One of the games best journeymen. Rarely started and didn't complain about it. Instead he just came to play every night and is the definition of taking advantage of the moments you've been given. There may never be another J.Crossover.
Watched him when he was with LAC. Became a fan. True legend without the help of fanfare, hype,&publicity. A genuine representation of genius and greatness.
one of the most underrated offensive player to hit the league
One of the most underrated and one of the most clutch players ever.
Jamals impact on the game isn't spoken on enough, he was the leader of the mixtape era which is what a lot of young hoopers in the league today grew up watching. Legend in my eyes, and he really shoulda never been out the league but that's a different subject. Cheers to an amazing career JC🤟🏽🔥
One of the greatest, ridiculously underrated.

Man I keep telling people this dude was every bit as good if not better than Kyrie with the ball
@@canwetalk1790 Kyrie is shifty in the ‘tight handles’ (lol 2k reference sorry) aspect where he dribbles and guards the ball so well you bite going to reach or he just fakes you and he’s gone. This was like 08-09.
I knew he was a great scorer but didn't see much of his earlier highlights. So the self passes off the backboard caught me by surprise.
Bring back the Jamal Crawford behind the back 2K, this video brings back too many good memories.
Crawford should be in the Hall of Fame. Some players get their through their individual achievements, titles, scoring, assists, rebounds, but Crawford is one of the rare players who expanded the game itself, he came up with moves and a playing style that was not there before him.
Thank you for the 20 years of highlights! Definitely made the 6th Man title more than just the 6th man off the bench. Always stayed ready when the call came. Mr. Crawsover did a lot of the teams he's on and for the community in Seattle.
