DRUM WHAT CRIME WAS COMMITED? Why Cohen does not show the document he said Trump falsifyed? The trail is about the payment made to Cohen by Trump that was categorized under Legal expenses. Any office softwear or accounting application will give a category to each payment therefore paying to a lawyer falls under LEGAL EXPENSES. Not matter what was the action or service a lawyer was doing. I think Biden commited a real crimen when he stole classified documents from the White House and kept them in a Garage where his son was able to photocopy and sell them to ghe China government since at that time he was doing business with China when Hunter Biden was selling interviews and getting private meeting with Biden, The vicepresident was not authorized to take anything at all. Of course he gave them back but the crime was commited and he exposed secret services to his son son who averybody knew waht he was doing. why Biden was not charged for it?

Normally a misdemeanor HOWEVER 2. he then falsified his business records to hide repaying Cohen which also included paying for taxes that the 'income' would generate. (Or something like that - it all gets quite complicated!) The problem for Trump then becomes that he committed a crime to cover another crime, which elevates it to a felony. In this case, 34 falsified business records to cover the original crime of having Cohen commit a crime, thus 34 Felonies. -- I hope that answers the question.

The 'witness' has been jailed for lying, and has been very vocal about it hating Trump. Where the judge 'gags' Trump but lets EVEYONE else say what they want about him. That’s circumstantial evidence. Cohen’s recordings on the other hand is direct evidence of Trump’s involvement.
