My husband loves lemon cukes so I grow them every year. I love a bargain at the garden centre or rescue table 👍👍. I would problem put out half and maybe pot on half as back up. Once it gets warmer you should have less issues with slugs. I have black pansies they are fab and self seed 🤞. Fab update sherry have a super Sunday in the garden, Ali 🌞🇨🇦
I’d love a lemon tree on the plot, I’m not sure how the fruit tree/orchard bit is going to look, I can’t really picture it yet. I’m guessing it’ll sort of manifest itself as time goes on and I add bits to it. I think you’re right to safe half and plant half, though I’m tempted to try the other half in the polytunnel in the ground. I’m not sure yet. I always find watering the plug plants first before you try and get them out of the modules keeps them whole. Also there's a hole in the bottom which you can usually poke upwards to help get the plant out. Hope that helps 😊
