Newjeans will be under hybe just not ador hybe owns njs ador just basically borrows newjeans from hybe ador gets the vast majority of their things from hybe for newjeans as per the agreement between hybe and ador however none of that will effect newjeans they just won’t be under the subsidiary label of ador and will be under hybe the mother company or just pushed into one of the other subsidiaries
