Yeah I just got DS1 remastered on switch. Have not been able to set the controller down since. When I’m at work I just wanna go home and play DS. I wanna play all night and wake up early to play. I’m on the third play thru. Such a good game. Reminds me a lot of Witcher 3. Today I beat ornstein and smough with just the demons catalyst. Mostly stabs. I plan on starting a dragon bone fist only challenge. Love the commentary and totally agree. That sanctuary guardian was so aggressive it was great. Didn’t realize I could nab his tail though. Thank you.
Wow DS on Switch, a handhold experience sounds awesome glad you're enjoying yourself a lot. I myself need to start doing more challenge runs I scare myself out of the idea all the time though thinking about the time investment haha
Great vid, you should have meantioned how the sif intro cutscene changes if you do the events in the DLC and save sif before you ever encounter sif in the base game.
Great video. Heads up though, Fromsoft didn’t make up the Sanctuary Guardian’s design. It’s actually based off an awesome mythological creature known as the Manticore. I love this dlc!
The only thing that disappointed me about it was how it was pretty much just a straight path down to the end. It barely widens out at all, so there’s not much in the way of exploring. Otherwise it’s a masterpiece.
I'm gonna say it. I don't think the Artorias fight is good. I find it boring and find Manus and Kalameet are much better fights. I like the story for him, but the fight left a lot to be desired from the hype it received.
