Mr. Dwight was the perfect fit for the role.
Aren't you glad they didn't let him go, like they originally were going to do? He was perfect for this character. And to be Dwight and have the freedom to make his own shirts and play so many characters, would be awesome for any actor.
@@StacyandThomas It think it's funny that they had already told Dwight he was out because they were so sure the audience wouldn't like him, but the test audiences LOVED him so they brought him right back. Thank goodness, or the A-Team wouldn't have been nearly as great. I'm also thankful that they didn't stick with their original choice for Face. I've seen the pilot with the other actor, and nothing against the actor but he was too... classically predictable? Dirk Benedict brought an unusual quality that the show needed.

I saw an interview with him. He said in real life he is more like Barclay from Star Trek TNG than like Murdoch. I’d love to meet him - his acting has given us all so much joy. He and Dirk have spoken a lot about how the network treated the show and the 4 of them. I can’t even believe that they, and especially Dwight didn’t receive Emmys.
God, I love him so much! One love of my whole childhood. Because if him I still think that being crazy is oh so cool)

After having seen quite a few Murdock videos, there are a lot of good ones but this is my favorite! It just makes me laugh and smile after a long day. :D (And Dwight has one of the most attractive smiles I've ever seen!)
