- Kris Jr and I took a road trip to San Antonio to buy some new aluminum cylinder heads for Project White Trash. We also got some other accessories. But what did we get? You'll have to watch the video to know for sure.

I'm sure I'd love the intake if I was going EFI, but I'm a carburetor convert now. I'd probably try to use the EFI again if I hadn't gotten rid of my gas tank and fuel lines.
Hi kris I think you got a deal there myself, my son wheels and deals like that he trades or sells off what he doesn't need in a package deal like that , best of luck with your build hope it runs great for you 👍
Thank you. The more I think about it, the better I think the deal was. We are getting excited go hear what it sounds like and see how it runs.
@KrisGreenhill we always get excited and anxious to see how the engines going to run and sound so I'm right with you there
I still have a lower TF intake manifold.
I got more for less😅. I got all of that plus the BBK equal length hedders🤢, Cobra PCM, roller lifters and cam for $1,500😅
@lynnrunningdeer7364 That's a great deal. There definitely aren't any deals like that around here. The market has gone as crazy as our economy in the last year around here. Today, there's an ad for the same heads by themselves for $1,600, used. They're usually at least $1,500 used. And they're only $1,700 new. Old GT40X heads are over $1,000. Even though I already have heads, I'd jump on a deal like that just to have it for that price.

@lynnrunningdeer7364 that makes a lot more sense. There just aren't many deals these days. I'd say that if we adjust for inflation, I got the better deal. 😆
@@KrisGreenhill like I said I got a lot more than you😅. You got from the heads up. Oh yeah I forgot the March underdrive crank pulley and sub frame connectors😁. Which I might still have🤷♀️. I know for a fact that I still have the BBK cat H pipe. Also there is no such thing as inflation. It's corporate greed and everyone is taking an advantage of it while not knowing why or they don't care. Something else that has driven the prices up are all the car movies😡. Then there's these car dealerships that go out and suck up what we use to get for maybe $2,500. Clean them up put a paint job on it then try to sell for more than it was originally new😡. Ebay is full of them. I take it that you have push rod checker? I would do that before fly cutting the pistons.
When can we expect a "PROJECT WHITE TRAILER TRASH."
@VGHCX well, I'm sure that like all fpxbodies, PWT will spend most of its life on a trailer, so......
