I have to say that Aivars was the man who showed me an example of how it is possible to become a developer at the age of 35+. It was his video that was the first step for me, a motivator and a constant reminder that anyone is capable of it. A year after I started training from scratch, I found my first job and have come a long way. But I am sure the most important part of the journey was that first step, and that first video was the most valuable to me out of hundreds of tutorials and courses that followed.
