Very well done, that warning about over torquing those fasteners cannot be over stressed, they strip super easy.

The left front tire when sitting on the bike has a plastic panel in the wheel well that you can remove to get at the filter easier than taking down skid plate
That is how I do it now as I have metal skid plates.

I have some weird sound from my clutch when I accelerate while I start to ride it is disappearing after riding for a while !

Not sure about Yamaha, never owned one of their ATV’s...though will be looking in to one soon.
That said, I am fairly certain they check valve tappet clearance as well after the first 100 miles.
Relatively simple procedure but worth looking into as its normal sometimes to get some slight out of tolerance readings after initial break in.
Any videos on how to do that?

Hi , thx for sharing! Saving me some time for sure, just a 2017 grizz 700 with 2000km and the diff oil was never changed so definetely due. Why did you not use the old copper washer from the drain plug?
User manual calls for washer change. I just followed the instructions from the manual. You may have a small leak if you don’t replace the washer and/or water can sip in when submerged.
What’s the copper item number or part number. And where did you order?
Crossthreaded my oil plug on my 01 ninja 600...
Drilled a hole through the head so i could wire it in place nice and snug and also used some thread tape on it..
Never any leaks the next 7 years

I have the exact same 4 wheeler, about to do the 20 hour oil change on,,I bought the extended warranty with mine,,do you know if it voids warranty if I do the maintenance work myself like your doing?
No it does not void your warranty. Keep the receipts of all the stuff you buy. Even better buy it from dealer. Oil etc
Can you use the same oil for both the final gear oil, and differential gear oil?
Yes but if it is the same gear oil as I show in the video.

What’s a good torque wrench for the torque specs on Grizzly? TIA.
I have a snap on digital torque wrench. I don’t know which one is the best though. I have trusted myself in the past without one and have not regretted it so far.
What all cost $100.00 dollars for the 20 hour maintenance? Great video.
Synthetic Yamalube engine oil, Front and rear diff fluid, 3 different washers for drain plug, oils filter and brake parts cleaner.
Is this similar to Kodiak 700?thnks

I have only taken it as fast as 55. I am sure others will chime in and they might have taken it faster.

Good video. But the machine is so clean, it looks like it has not been ridden.
All my vehicles are fairly clean most of the time. I certainly don’t do any mudding or anything unless it is on the trail and unavoidable 😄
