7:26 you must be talking about Kaali Jeera( black cumin seed) . Yes it's made of flour, and the dough is cut into this shape, mix with little bit of salt and black cumin seeds then fried. It's called "nimki' actually! We eat it with "Chai" (tea). It's tea snack!
I'm glad you guys got to try some of the Indian snacks, that lassi is drunk after a meal like lunch or dinner, its very good for the gutt. Hope you try some more Indian dishes, there are a lott of dishes in our cuisine, it would an amazing experience for your taste-buds.😁👌
My dad is from India and my mom is from Uk so I am half Indian. When I used to visit India,I was 4-5 I used to have those spicy balls ( I forgot what they are called) as a snack whenever I was hungry. It is spicy but not much it has the perfect flavour!!😍😍...... How I miss those times where all the people in my dad's village fed me everything they made. And the matar para don't even ask me OH MY GOSH that wonderful after taste
