Bhai ye bas carburettor mein hi conversion karte hai...efi to maintain nhi kar pate turbo ki kya baat. Mer pass 500 hai 2015 Aaj Tak efi p hai... problems jab bhi aai thi toh bhi nhi convert ki bas mechanics nahi hai efi ka kaam karne vale isliye gadi ki esi tesi kar dete hai phir bolte hai carburettor laga lo.

Can you supply the complete components? From last 2 years I'm suffering with my 500cc with authorised service centre or RE. I preferred not to scarify with original and spent above 25k yet for a very silly problem but still issue in unresolved. The problem is at an average RPM when we're riding it seems the fuel air mixture changes and the bike getting decelerates momentarily. I don't want to sale it because it is no more available in India.
How much it would cost to convert?...in mumbai the mechanic is asking for 20 to 22k

Efi is good .u have to maintain the proper level of petrol.when u turn on the ignition very nice sound coming of EFI.feel like u have big bike..love my classic 500 bs3 2014 model..

Bs3 std 500 was one of the most reliable and peppy bikes made by RE. Anyone who has gone for long rides with it will apreciate it..Best of both worlds. 500Cc on carb with a heavy crank & self start, all this in a retro look..Bullet Std 500 is my all time fav!

More mileage with EFI? I doubt! Carb 500 gives more mileage in my experience and as per the feedback received from fellow riders.

Bhai Salaam, aap jo Fuel Tank k neeche Petrol T ki plate ki baath kar rahe hai wo sirf BS3 Model 2017 tak k mein lagti hai, BS4 Model 2018,2019 model ka fuel Pump ka hole bada hota hai jisme yeh Plate choti pad jaati hai. Mere paas BS4 2019 500CC CLASSIC hai jisme Maine sab kuch change Kiya par yeh Plate nahi mili.

Sir, we want an insight on how does the CI, UCE and the J series 350 engines pistons and the barrels compare to oneanother. The piston sleve/skirt length is a very interesting topic to me. The length can determine the engineer's mentality when designing the engine. A short skirt says that the company decided to make it less reliable, and ramp up on the manufacturing cost-cutting. Am speculative that the companie's trend is of making the piston skirt smaller and smaller as the time goes. Have seen the CI engines with a very long piston skirts, while that of the J series being nearly half as long. However, it would be nice to have a proper measurement done by you! Thanks.
