Just for a little context on episode 7, the scene of Arco Silky dancing is her doing one last dance before jumping off the roof of a hospital and un-aliving herself. This is made much more clear in the Manga, but for Japanese broadcast rules reasons, they adapted it this way. Gorgeous and moving regardless
So some data about Turbo Granny is that she can actually travel between electrical waves and it is implied that she can actually sense any SA attempts within her domain, which is how she knew to call Ayase and save her. Her speed is implied to be because she couldn't escape a scumbag and wished she could when she died as a young girl. Her also being a victim is part of why she attacked Okarun, what with him being male and all that, I'm pretty sure Okarun saying that he would gladly turn into a monster to protect Ayase gave him some points with Turbo Granny.

Finally, someone reacting to the English Dub. This is the best english dub of any anime Ive ever heard. Dragonball included, but it is a close second. The Voice Actors really brought these characters to life in such a real way. Im glad I get to see someone else appreciating it. Anime might be originally in Japanese, but I love voice acting, and since I cant understand Japanese nor have I experienced day to day Japanese conversations, I thoroughly enjoy when english dubs are done well. Its a pretty rare thing in anime.
