Parachromis dovii / Wolf cichlid | 30.000l Aquarium | Exotarium Oberhof

Mein wunderschönes Pärchen Parachromis dovii (Leopardenbuntbarsch), habe ich vor 6 Monaten abgeben müssen, weil sie dauernd Nachwuchs geführt haben und mein 7.500l Aquarium dafür nicht ausgereicht hat. Ich habe daher nach einem neuen Zuhause für beide gesucht und einen tollen Platz im Exotarium Oberhof gefunden, wo sie nun in einem 30.000l Biotopaquarium leben. Das Becken bietet genügend Freiraum für alle Fische, die darin leben. Sogar so viel, dass die Doviis ihren Nachwuchs führen können, ohne dass größere Konflikte entstehen.
Ich war erstaunt, wie sehr sich die beiden entwickelt haben und wie sich ihre Farben intensiviert haben. Für mich der schönste und faszinierendste Buntbarsch überhaupt, der, wie man sehen kann, in einem ausreichend großen Becken viel Freude bereitet.

My beautiful pair of Parachromis dovii (Wolf cichlid), I had to give away 6 months ago, because they were breeding constantly and my 7.500l aquarium was not enough for them. Therefore I looked for a new home for both and found a great place in the Exotarium Oberhof, where they now live in a 30.000l biotope aquarium. The tank offers enough space for all the fish that live in it. Even enough for the Doviis to lead their offspring without causing major conflicts.
I was amazed how much they have developed and how their colors have intensified. For me the most beautiful and fascinating cichlid ever, which gives a lot of pleasure in a sufficiently large tank.

Nah it’s a Parachromis. Fishermen call it rainbow bass. But is not a bass
