OMG, just put some hot water in a squeeze water bottle, poke a hole in the cap, and insert an 8inch long vinyl tube. Use tape or hot glue to secure the tube. Insert the tube in the drain hole, and squeeze and release. It will suck in some mud and force water down the drain tube. Once cleared, add more water to flush out any additional dirt clogging a rubber grommet at the end of the drain tube. Do the same on the other side. Done in less than 5 minutes. No need to disassemble your car.
Every case is different. That was the first thing I tried. Pour hot water and poke with weed-eater lines from the top. Did not work. Then pour liquid pumping from the top, waited then poured hot water. Also did not work. Consider yourself lucky….

What kind of line did you use? I have the problem where I can't actually snake the thinner ones down, it gets stuck somewhere.
I used the weedeater trimmer lines.

Yes, BMW didn’t think it through when they designed the drainage system
So it can’t unclog or feed through unless you take it off
That’s correct. There is no easy way to unclog !
