@@vantao9408 you don't get what I'm saying.. He rolled it or used a weight holder to get it out.. Lifting it up is a whole separate job.. Which you don't even see being done which makes me believe people helped get the weight on his back before he squats.

J’s have flat bottoms so they’re decent squatting shoes. Of course oly shoes are gonna be a bit better but any flat shoe j’s vans converse whatever are pretty good for squats.

Try the 1.5 variation and add a tempo to it. Your legs will be fried

Those snatch grip deadlifts will leave me sore for a solid week. The biggest stress on the muscle occurs at the stretched position, that’s DOMS galore
