    We have been using it for about 8 months, very solid product. Staff picked it up quick and they have been super responsive to feature requests

    This was hugely helpful. I now have buyers remorse for our investment in D365 for Customer Service. Tikit looks like a much better fit for our organization.
    One thing I did not see, is can a user submit a ticket via email?
    We also have users outside our tenant that might need to submit a ticket, can external users submit a ticket via email?
    I would like to see more on the web portal and the hardware asset management as well.
    Overall, this is awesome.

      Yes there is full integration in outlook so user can submit via email also
