$500 Alumacraft rebuild, It needs everything

Me making limited progress on my most recent vessel purchase. Aptly named the deathtrap III, this 2001 Alumacraft Lunker 16.5 is the third, and nicest in the deathrap lineup. Deathtrap 1, a 14 foot Fisher aluminum had rivets fall out of it in the middle of long island sound and was subsequently scrapped. Deathrap II, a 1970 lund aluminum is in my field.
