Yes we have the right to privacy but mine the government and according bodies think they have the right to access anything and everything to use against someone. Even without a criminal hearing part of corporations and government think they have the right to obstruct justice.
I never believed I would say this, but since there is no direct mention to privacy and is essentially granted because a previous court read between the lines and said it's there, a future court could reverse course. Just look at past rulings that are being reversed. Abortions and the purchase of contraceptives. I'm not inserting my personal beliefs in the reversal of these rulings, and I would hope you're not either, but all it takes is a new court to read between the lines in a different fashion and change the law. Since privacy is not given directly, a future court might come to a different determination.

We have someone connecting to our speakers and speaking into them at all times ( all day and all night long) and you can audibly hear this in every room of the house (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, etc.). Electronic devices are being tampered with (televisions, computers, cell phones, gaming consoles which you can also hear people speaking through). Appliances are being tampered with (fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer). Water pressure is also being tampered with as well as the showers and bath tubs in the home. Furnace is being controlled by someone who has access to it somehow. Lights are also being tampered with (every light in the house is being tampered with). There hasn't been a single day in over the past two years where we have had any form of privacy and there seems to be no way of preventing it as the individual(s) somehow have access to all of this from outside our home. I was under the impression that invasion of privacy and voyeurism laws were set in place so something like this would not be able to occur. Need advice in how to go about dealing with this from a legal point of view. The Constitution doesn't infringe on religious rights therefore if one had a church or a ordained minister I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use sacred herbs without discrimination to your religious beliefs 😉
