Imagine having your every word recorded within the confines of your own home for 2 years and the public knowing it.
    It fucks with your head.

Just 2 years? How much was stolen from you? How much in damages? How much physical, psychological, emotional torture did the knowing public perform? Can you even quantify the losses?

If we had a group out there for everyone deserves privacy I would be an advocate bc I think everyone deserves privacy. I would want to try to make it constitutional. Thank you.

There should be a right to privacy but to say that the Courts understand that, in my case is false. I am being monitored against my will. What can I do? Anyone?

Yes we have the right to privacy but mine the government and according bodies think they have the right to access anything and everything to use against someone. Even without a criminal hearing part of corporations and government think they have the right to obstruct justice.

*Clarity is something that we all deserve for our well-being because it’s the truth and accepting that you can’t know the truth and probably never will and that it’ll probably be lost in time is the equivalent of dying. You need to know the truth to be alive or you will die. Death/pain persists because of lies/unawareness. Life persists because of truth/clarity.*

I wonder if Mr. Herring would still agree that the police do “a good job” of abiding by their constitutional “basic training” while on the street.

Reproductive health sounds like a liberty to exist. A different but Human right.

  • @earlaweese

*I don’t understand why they even talk about these rights as if they’re even followed. Nobody follows human rights or I wouldn’t even be here typing any of this out. I’m being tortured right now and have been tortured for many years. Is it changing? No. There is no justice either.*

It's a war crime punishable by death as per Geneva convention. It's considered a violation of human rights. It's also considered treason to United States Constitution which is also punishable by death. This includes human experimentation.

I wonder if the constitution grants me a right to smoke a big fat spliff in the privacy of my own home? The number of penumbras emanating from this conundrum seems to increase the more I puff. 😀😉🍾

The Constitution doesn't infringe on religious rights therefore if one had a church or a ordained minister I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use sacred herbs without discrimination to your religious beliefs 😉
