Nah, it's just that Rockstar made RDR2 be really blurry because of TAA. My friend who plays the game on console literally said: "On ps4 its so blurry that you'll throw up in 2 seconds". So just make TAA medium and make MSAA to high, and make TAA sharpening go high as well. If that doesn't work just search up a tutorial, it's pretty easy.
