Those neon stairs look like they might actually use neon, nice!

This was just for a festive thing they do annually. I am not sure if they have it all year round…..great question, i will research and get back to you. Thanks for watching
Go Go Godzilla! I love the waterfall stairs! I was impressed with how clean the area was. I could not see a single piece of trash on the street. Is the whole city that clean, or just the ritzy areas?
Tokyo is fairly clean for the most part. You will often find trash in alleys. But Hibiya is a wealthy area and being so close to the Imperial Palace, it is squeaky clean. Glad you enjoyed the video.
