Excellent video - we need more of this type on UA-cam. Very useful indeed for those novices considering tackling a mountain. Far too many people add music and visual effects which ruin the feel of what it is really like to be there. I climbed Castor in 2012 with a local guide. I found it very hard work and that final ridge was really scary. I have also commented on your Pollux video.
