- SUNDAY UPLOAD DAY! I will now be uploading every Sunday, get ready! Today's tutorial will be all about teasy lights and creating a natural looking sun kissed highlight on dark hair. I like this technique a bit better than balayage for maximum lift and blending. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!

You have no idea how much watching your videos keeps me happy! It’s so hard starting out in the buisness you are my role model
This is absolutely gorgeous! I just started to use teasing in my hilighting! My favorite combo is one regular hilight weave to one or two teasy hilights!
YES!!! YES!!! YES!!! MORE VIDS LIKE THIS!!!! I learn something from every video!!!! Thank You Jessi!!! You’re A!! MA!! ZING!! 🤩🤩🤩
I love these color transformations!
Gorgeous color! You’re such a good stylist!❤️
This is technique we always use in my salon! I love it so much. Awesome job Jessi ❤️ I’ve been watching you since I started beauty school and now I’ve been working for over a year and I’ve taken all your tips and tricks and use them on my clients. You’ve helped me so much as a beginner ❤️❤️❤️
Logan Tatlow aw i love hearing that!!! Thank you for watching!!
Love watching your videos, very inspirational. Also so glad to see you also have plus size workers. Keep up the great work.
After watching this, I had my stylist do this to my hair. Love it.
Very nice video. Result on this young lady: Stunning!
I love your videos! I would love to see a tutorial on toners! I am a cosmo student so I don't have much experience yet.
Absolutely beautiful!

I have a client tomorrow that has natural level 4-5 hair and she wants similar results to this but a little lighter! this video helped calm my nerves and give me a sense of direction on what to do! my only question is how should i section the sides? thanks for teaching me all the good stuff lol!
So beautiful! Great video! Keep them coming please!!
Great explanation, fantastic work.im very inspired, thank you sooooooooo much💖💖💖💖💖

Caroline Snellgrove your welcome! Thanks for watching!!
I’d love to know how you sectioned her !! And how you much hair you leave in between foils !! ❤️❤️
Oh that hair!thats why I wear extension hair, to make it look gorgeously long and thick like that and she's got it naturally!😂😂😂 I see you and your newly blonded hair in the background Ricky😍
How long does a process like this take you? I'm a new stylist, and worry Im taking too long, love your videos! I have learned so much from you 😊
Love this video!!
Great video😊 Would love to see a grey hair coverage with Balayage, please 😁
How did you section the front? Side, side, middle? Just like if you were balayaging, like the back. Hope I'm making sense.
Since she wears a side part how did you section off the money piece? Did you work off of her parting or did you go a little over her parting?
Where is your hat from? You always dress so cute!!
Taylor Shoulders H&M! Thank you!
I would love to see lowlights! I want to learn how to lay out the dimensions better.
Look at those muscles getting through all that hair! Haha 😄
Balayage touch up!
How would you charge for this? Same as a highlight? Thx in advance!
If I have strands of gray hair, would something like this work?
These vids are great. Anything with live fashion colors as well
Cerith Wyn thank you!! I’ll try to do some of those as well!
Love!
Carolyn J Rubin thank you!
That looks beautiful! Love those tones. What do you think of the 8GI? I want to use it on a client but I’ve been scared to.. I might try the toner formula you used on this client because it’s so close to what my client wants. Also I would love to see more videos on taking dark haired clients lighter, and balayage/highlight touch ups! & some hair cuts if you’d be willing!
Haley L thank you!! I love the 8GI!! Only if you need to add a little warmth. Yes i will do that! 💓
I was scared of the GI’s too when they first came out because NOone wants to see warmth! Lol. But they are perfect for brunettes that want a natural look. I also use a little in very blonde clients that are getting a little drabby. 😊
Thank you!
Thank you Courtney! I am actually a cosmetology student so I am still getting used to mixing toners, especially for my clients who do like a warmer blonde (which isn’t many lol).. I just get so afraid it’ll be TOO warm lol I will definitely try out the GI’s though :)
Beautiful!
Nebo Allen thank you!!
Can you do a video styling hair with scarves ?
Random question: is coconut oil a good treatment/remedy for dry hair?
Ceci Flores yes for hydrating purposes! Also try to use something with protein every once in a while:)
I need your pants!!!!!! Where are they from?
I really want to do my hair like your!!! But I don’t know what to tell my hairdresser to do! Help!
Why does the blonde life look green? Is that just lighting or did you add something to it
Kristy Melton i don’t feel like it looks green at all! Sorry, I’m not sure why that’s what your seeing! It was more gold toned :)
Awww no your sister is back to black?? I loved the red!!
elizabeth elle Haha that’s my other sister!
Jessi - JZ Styles oh goodness yall all look so alike!! Lol
Can you please do a BLONDE to ash brown
I love how you reacted to the amount of her she has ! I have about the same amount .
but most of the hair dresser I go make feel bad about it they always complaint that I have so much hair !! I get it more hair , more product , more money witch I am willing to pay
I am in cosmetology school and I have just started working on clients! I just wanna say that I have learned so much from you and I really appreciate how you go step by step and also include the products and toners you use on everyone! Thank you so much! if you wanna see my work i’ve done inspired by your tutorials, my hair instagram is @kaylanhair
Thanks I love your videos!
How come you didn't use high-lift color? It's not as strenuous on the hair and you don't need a toner... especially on natural hair and if the client was hesitant to get her hair colored...
Video idea: Multi dimensional red head
How did you section the back?
Kayla Benson right down the middle and up each side on an angle!
a fake lv backpack lol
Beautiful!
