I didn't think she was all that great in the beginning from seeing her on TV, but I saw her on Broadway and was really impressed. She was a great Elle.

Margot was played by Kate Rockwell (who is now Karen Smith in Mean Girls on Broadway). I love kate, but I do agree where she seems to be lacking energy compared to Annaleigh here.
that dog is so darn cute. The dog who played Bruiser. I love Legally Blonde the Musical is AWESOME i wish it hadn't closed Baily Hanks and Laura Bell are both AMAZING love them both! Hope they do more broadway stuff!!

She worked really hard to satisfy the show and the audience while still making it her own and performing under the scrutiny of the "Laura bell Bundy" fans. She worked to hide her accent (she only had 4 months to rehearse the role and work with a speech coach, and that really isn't a lot of time when you have a deep Southern accent)
Bailey’s voice is amazing but watching other clips of her like positive she just doesn’t have the energy and the character and I think maybe it was because she had to focus on hiding her thick southern accent which must have taken quite a bit of energy and probably focus
