Recently I have found mini Farfalle. They cook quicker, great in soups, and they evenly cook Al dente. I have made this recipe with fresh tuna loins. I think Momma used wide rigatoni. Sometimes she used potatoes. Was the only way Momma got Dad to eat tuna. And she taught me… no cheese with fish. Great recipe. Grazie.

I made this Lidia. It was the BOMB. I actually went out and found the can of San Marazano tomatoes. Couldn't believe it when I found it at my Shop n Save grocery store in Pittsburgh. The difference between ours and Italy's is stark. The swordfish with it was good. But the sauce with those amazing tomatoes made the whole dish great. 😋

I would never make this. I'm on a budget and if I got swordfish I would grill steaks or pan fry. Seems like a waste of such an expensive fish

I never eaten any pasta shaped, except for Wheat pasta, JUST DONT LIKE THE TEXTURE OF IT, TOO MUSHY.

Are you sure you're not cooking the pasta too long ? The only pasta I've had that was mushy was over cooked...
But then, your idea of mushy , may be different from my idea of mushy...
