Cottage cheese or cream cheese - 400 g
Milk (I use coconut milk) - 50 ml + 30 ml
Sweetener, syrup or honey (stevia extract) - to taste
Coconut oil (butter or cocoa butter) - 30 g
melt chocolate
Mix cottage cheese (or cream cheese), milk, butter, sweetener
Grind with a blender
Mix chocolate with coconut milk
Put the curd mass and stuffing into the mold
Put in the freezer for 3 hours
Brush with remaining chocolate
