Are you trying to say that there isn’t any good music nowadays??? Your comment is a little bit confusing. You say that you can like music from any genre but then you say that MTV isn’t the same because there is a lack of music. If that’s what you are insinuating, you are wrong. There is plenty of good music out there. Always has been, always will be. Same as there will always be shitty music. And of course all of this is subjective.

I was addressing the portion of her comment that says “Oh, never mind, music or lack there of.” I, too, grew up on 120 minutes but there is still tons of good new music out there these days. In fact, I just watched Lil Nas X do his VMA performance and it was amazing! Last I heard, they stopped playing music videos. I stopped watching MTV long before that because MTV simply did not feature most artists that I was into. There have always been problems with MTV and 120 minutes was the only exception. Even 120 minutes was not perfect by any means. There was still lots of crap on 120 minutes but there was also plenty of amazing stuff. however, you are certainly right about him TV being dead or crap or whatever nowadays. My only point was that there was not a lack of good music these days. Cheers!
