Hahah look that bum Mo and people have the audacity to call him great. He has been a joke for most of his career and came off the back of the lorry. Man like Kenenisa came straight out of the villages and kicked the athletics doors down from the first races, sad to see him old and struggling now
+Frame Work What do you mean? Farah can run 1500 m in less than 3:29. Bekele never did that and they are both mid/long distance runners and Farah has many titles. Both are great but Bekele is my favorite.
Erik Jonsson Farah is enjoying greatness in terms of winning titles, not breaking world records and when you analyze the field of runners he is up against is very different from that of Kenenisa and Haile's era. There is nobody really good out these days and Mo is just better than the worse. If he ran in the times of Haile, Kenenisa and other great runners like El guerrouj Mo would not stand a chance because he is a tactical runner not fast and not strong. In that sense he is lucky.
Frame Work Come on his PB at 1500 m is less than 3 seconds slower than that of El guerroujs'. That's not so much and he is a long distance runner....Ok, he will never beat the 5000 or 10 000 m record probably. But he is still a great athlete.
Erik Jonsson yes I agree, but my comment was directed at the general hype around him here in England. You sound like you know what you are talking about but most people dont even know about kenenisa, haile and hicham and blab about Mo being the greatest. Thats what pisses me off.
tony diaz true, that would have been something....closest was 2003 10,000m where Geb closed the last 5,000m in sub 13 since he knew he no longer had the sprint Bekele had.
“| wonder how many hours | have been watching Kenenisa Bekele running.... And every second has been pure joy.
I come back to videos of his races just like this one from time to time.
Gracias Kenenisa por tanto que has dado en tu carrera, leyenda viva
He’s wild!! Who’s still watching this? 2019

Oh my god ❣️❣️..... The Greatest distance runner... Bekele just love ❤❤❤❤
Am Kenyan but I have maximum respect for Bekele.
His leg speed is so fluid his head barely bobs over an inch with each step.
Boy! Bekele just pours it on without mercy!
NO MERCY
100m in 15 secs approx done 30 times over and over again... 7 mins 30 seconds... every second he crossed 6m approx... wow wow wow

15th July 2007, British Grand Prix, Sheffield. Mo Farah, 6th place finish with time 7:42.83
The 'great' Mo Farah.
This part is always my favorite:
Bekele's 3000m split of his 5000m WR in 2004: 7:37.34
@@PolkiSaMalutkie the HREAT SIR mo farah before epo dicoverage
The best in all times Kenanisa 🏃🏿♂️💪🏾👑
he's a running machine.
Amazing acceleration
Great race, Bekele really ran hard
Same!
He's back!
Are you kidding? Please please say you're being sarcastic. Kenenisa Bekele is one of the greatest runners ever, like Hicham Gebrselassie etc.
Mo looks so young. He looks 10 years older now and it's only been 6 years.
farah no podia hacer nada contra el..bekele fue invencible
That was some last km.
there are too maney great runners but Kenenisa and Tirunesh are my best one lol
The rabbit slowed him Down ALOT in the start. otherwise he has break the WR.., only 6 second to slow.

Does Bekele hold the world record in the 3000?
No, I think Daniel Komen still holds it
What is the rabbit for?
If the first km would have been run in 2:28 the second aswell around 2:28 WR I swear

Ok, fine I can agree with that.
back when Mo Farah wasn't micro-dosed to his eyeballs full of EPO, HGH, thyroid meds etc etc etc

Kenenisa Vs Mo Farah. both in their prmes
Bekele was almost unbeatable in his prime. I highly doubt Farah would have a chance against prime Bekele
blindguardian1979
SURE THAT MAN IS A BEAST
Would've rather seen Bekele vs. Gebrselassie in their prime instead.

lol after 2000m.
Mo Farah before Salazar lol
Alberto Salazar did a good job.Screams EPO..NO NO THYROID MEDICINE
So much yelllow!
3000 Isnt a good distance for him
yup, running the World Lead time is pretty shit for the long distance champion huh?
