I asked AI why Jinx kept parts of Silco after re-inventing herself after Ekko & her inner Silco helped her, this is what AI said. Jinx keeps Silco's bracelet and glove after his death as symbols of their deep, albeit toxic, father-daughter bond. Silco was the only person who fully accepted her as Jinx, not Powder, and his unconditional love and validation profoundly impacted her. These items represent her connection to him and the identity he helped her embrace, even in death. By holding onto these mementos, Jinx preserves the memory of the only person who truly saw her as "perfect," despite their flawed relationship. In both realities, Jinx/Powder's connection to Silco reflects her deep emotional reliance on him as a father figure. Keeping Silco's bracelet and incorporating his black-and-red aesthetic symbolizes her attachment to his influence and the identity he helped her forge. Even in the alternate universe where Silco and Vander reconcile, Powder leans toward Silco because he provides her with unconditional acceptance and purpose, which contrasts with Vi's alignment with Vander's protective but more traditional values. This dynamic underscores Jinx/Powder's tendency to gravitate toward Silco’s nurturing, albeit flawed, love. Vander The Protective Father & Silco the Nurturer Mamma, who would not accept any criticism of jinx & would let the world burn and go to StillWater giving up all his ambitions as long as it meant Jinx would remain Free. ❤❤❤❤❤. By the by AU Powder looks good in black and red.
@@ArcaneMelodies82 very interesting, thank you for commenting and the insight. I agree that Jinx kept close the things she liked and thought were not burdens. Silco was good to her indeed.
@@bakaxbakalovely If you re-watch to see how different Silco acts with Jinx you can see how he becomes vulnerable around her, careful, never. Pretty much a nurturer. He gave her responsibilities, encouraged her and yet even when it was warranted to be upset with her, Silco kind of acted like the Mom who goes easy on a child who got in trouble instead of a Father who believes there needs o be boundaries and punishments. I think the only time he is upset like a normal father after a child as done wrong was when Jinx stole the Gemstone and killed 6 Enforcers, but he really did not know what to do after she gave the gemstone to him, Silco had a "should I be mad at her or be happy" He was certainly conflicted, since Jinx pretty much Stole an experimental Atom Bomb of an invention that would give the Undercity a major Edge, if Jinx could crack Hextech. Right to the very end Silco only gives words of comfort and encouragement. I do feel sorry, because Silco also had abandonment issues with Vander and only knew how to help Jinx the only way he knew how he overcame betrayal of a sibling. He thought His way of overcoming betrayal would help Jinx the same way it helped Him of course that is not how it works. Of course Silco comes full circle and tells Jinx she is perfect not "Jinx is perfect" that had a deeper meaning. He was pretty much saying He loves her no matter who she decides to be because to him she is his daughter. The Perfect Daughter for Silco in my view. If it were not for Powder in Silco's life he would never had understood why Vander did what he did. In the Series Finale with Jinx's brand new hair cut, she kept Young Silco's long front bang, young Silco's bracelet around her neck and Young Silco's Glove from his and Vander's miner days. Jinx did not really keep any mementos of Vander, Vi did. Vi kept Vander's Glass which you can see in Vi and Caitlyn's last scene. Jinx only kept a part of Silco, very powerful. Jinx and AU Powder really did love Silco as much as Vander but I now really see it, Vander the protective Father and Silco the nurturer Mom. Very meaningful
