You couldn't have said it better my friend: LARA FABIAN is one of those few artists who sings in a FLOW state of mind when she is fully connected to the Higher Dimensions/Morphogenetic Field and the way she does it is by resonating with the song in an Ego-less state of mind (by fully living what she sings)!
When I hear you talk about Lara and you say that all her body is possessed by Music, which is perfectly true, I would like to say that when I see you react it seems to me that you are pierced from all sides and that the musical vibes penetrate all the ports of your skin and it is beautiful to see. Music is the greatest universal language. Thanks to you.
Some people believe that she destabilizes a little bit at the end since she goes from a nice vibrato to a straight tone that might have sounded a little shaky. However, the more I listen to this the more I believe this is intentional, as she probably wants to transition into something that feels a little more like a cry of despair. The breath at the very end really fits this narrative and I think I'm gonna go with it.
She did this on purpose. Her voice breaking at the end is intentional. Also that raspy breath she lets out. She is letting us know that she is emotionally and utterly spent. This is a passionate love letter to the man she loves. I mean as part of the story. The woman she portrays gave her all and is stripped to the core of her being. She bared her soul completely. What a performance! Few artists will dare to be this vulnerable. Must be emotionally draining on her. So much respect for Lara!
She did this in one take. Great analysis. One of my favorite parts is her crazy resonant sound on closed vowel in "believe" with her mouth almost closed. Lara is very subtle in her vocal delivery and that's what I love the most about her. She makes hard stuff look easy. I think you would enjoy "Caruso" from the same concert. Her phrasing is out of this world and real teaching moment (and it's in Italian which is a plus :))
Can’t stop commenting on your videos you’re literally so pleasing to listen to when you react! I’ve watched 100 of reactions to this specific performance and yet you’re still the first one to bring up the things you mention! Thank youuu for making me see new things in this performance!
Please explore further and you will go to the next step, from pleasantly surprised to amazed state 🤩 You can start by the 2 reactions that Jess made on Je suis malade and Requiem pour un fou
The magician of our pain and suffering Lara, you are the voice, the songwriter and composer of the 21st century. Not sufficiently recognised as such We the Fans must shout it out loud.
Before this I had only heard Floor's version. Which is great. But there's a raw emotional quality to this performance that just hits really hard. Her tone is beautiful, some of those notes just send chills through your whole body. Her use of dynamics is out of this world. I did like how in the last verse that Floor added a bit of grit to her voice, but that's just a stylistic choice. Lara is clearly a fantastic vocalist, I'd listen to her sing the phone book.
And for those who love Lara, some unreleased songs from Lara have been posted on YT a couple weeks ago (audio only) and IMHO the song “No Show” is an absolute masterpiece.
@@danielakeller7532 i have a question for you: you told somewhere else that you aleeady heard this song before it resurfaced 2 weeks ago. When and how? Just curious.
@@ericsicard910 Yes, last year someone posted it here on UA-cam. There was a premiere date and you could hear the song just once. After that, it was removed again out of concern that there could be copyright problems.
She now live in Montreal ,Canada . She is in2021 and 2022 ,director of a Academy named "Star academy " a tv show in Montreal with young singer . You know how they are lucky to have Madam Lara Fabian as a director of this Academy . A real gift for them .
You are giving so many new perspectives on this performance from Lara that I've seen many times Jess! As always☺️ It's hard to choose a favorite part but I laughed when you said you couldn't stop the video once Lara got going😁
Oh, thanks JC! hahaha after rewatching this I laughed at myself on numerous occasions. I was wayy too excited (if that's even possible for such an amazing performance!)
Jes you are incredibly aware of nuances that skim right past my ears -until you point them out and put words to the tsunami of sound, tones and extraordinary performance moments… I absolutely love your teaching and honest responses. Ok i have burbled long enough, gonna watch it all again! Thank you!
@@punundrum1 Omg! You express so well her way of describing and explaining. This is exactly how I feel but I couldn’t put words on it and you just did! Right on dude! Thank you 👍
L ' analyse vocal la plus aboutie que j 'ai pu voir sur youtube de cette extraordinaire performance. Vraiment bravo 👏👏 pour moi lara Fabian est la meilleure chanteuse de tous les temps.
This women is a Vocal Legend!!! What a wonderfull performance OMG👑🙌❤ My Favs parts were "That you hear my Heart" the way she says "Hear", The note sustained on "stay" and of course the vowell of the first time that she says "believe" and the ending💯
Not only did Ms. Fabian give an amazing master class in vocal prowess, emoting, and performance, You gave so much information about her technique, control, and perfect choices. I look forward to more of your reactions. I would love to hear a reaction to Trisha Yearwood Broken from The Passion
When she sings "all of my dreams surround you", her tone on "surround" is literally calling the oboes coming on the" you". Great arrangement for great vocalist.
Fabian is easily the most emotively dramatic singer I've ever seen (and she writes her own songs too). Dimash is a close second... and you, young lady, might just be the most talented reactor out in youtube land! This is the beauty of youtube ... you're American, I'm Australia and we would not even know about these wonderful performers if not for youtube.
Please make her "Caruso" next. It is incredible piece. Every time Lara Fabian moves her left hand...it means she is living the music and the moledy and the lyrics to its full.
I love how you breakdown Lara’s vocal agility. Your own knowledge and experience makes your reaction totally satisfying. I am learning so much and I’m just a fan.
BOOM!!!⚡️💫⭐️⚡️✨🌟💫⭐️⚡️✨👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 THANK YOU Ma’m for your expertise evaluation of THE Greatest singer performer (in my opinion) ever!!! I have been waiting for your evaluation for such a long time!!!! It was worth the effort. Thank you thank you! I’m a “newbe” as a fan, since I just discovered Ms. Lara about a year ago. I still thank heaven each and everyday for that. I have uncovered everything I could , or can from the internet about this fabulous lady. The music business is /was very wrong to keep her from so many of us for such a long time. Ms. Lara just celebrated her 52 birthday, and she. STILL sounds/sings like she did way back when. Some of your descriptions of this masterpiece I was not aware of. Thank you for letting me enjoy this song even more. Your exceptional knowledge is greatly appreciated, you taught me quite a bit!! I enjoy your reviews quite a bit. Btw….if you enjoy Ms. Lara, “From Lara with Love” is MAGNIFICENT! I promise. Her other concerts of those years, such as “Nue”, are exceptional as well. Actually she really is so fantastic as a concert performer. She puts her soul into all her songs live. She still does today… Ok, I’ll shut up..😄😄😄😂😂 Thank you again 👏👏👏👏👌🥰
Love your analysis of the specific way Lara uses her voice to emote every word of the story and or character in the song she is portraying. You’re awesome too.
I loved your reaction and how you focus and highlight all the elements that make this performance breathtaking. Lara Fabian brings me to tears every single time. She makes you FEEL the music in your soul
Thanks a lot for this comment, you've been able to put words in something I could not express properly : this hability Lara Fabian has to sing high notes without them sounding forced or becoming almost agressive to the ears. Her singing is like a very comforting cuddle ^^
This is a true "two for one". I enjoy watching your reaction as much as Lara's performance. You give the most lively and descriptive reaction possible. Thank you. Looking forward to the next one.
So far in seeing these reaction videos for a few years now, you are the ONLY one to mention that first Adagio. When I first heard this song I was tripped up by that gorgeous styling. Thank you for spending a minute with that portion of her artistry.
I really appreciate your analysis since they combine your emotional point of view and technical explanations. As a French guy, I do know Lara Fabian a lot, in her French and American register and I can’t tell you enough how gorgeous and UNIQUE her performances are.
Great reaction! So informative. It's great to hear an informed reactor! I never thought about the comparison to Toni Braxton on the breathy low notes but it's so true! I'm tired of people just comparing her to Celine Dion it's just lazy. Everything Lara does is a masterclass.
Ah, I’m just now finding out about the Celine Dion comparisons. Interesting. In some aspects yes, I hear it. But not initially or even for the most part.
I think that some people compare her with Céline because they are both "francophone" (Lara has French and Italian as mother languages). Just English native speakers compare them, probably because the majority don't speak French and isn't familiar with French. Francky, I can't see similarities between them... Lara's English is way better than Celine's, which is understandable, since Lara speaks English since forever and Céline just started to learn English at 20 yrs, I guess, and it's way easier to learn a foreign language as a child than as an adult.
Il n'y a pas de mots pouvant décrire les performances de Lara. Cepandant, vous êtes vraiment l'une des des meilleures, sinon la meilleure pour analyser ses envolées. Merci. Xx There's literally no words to describe Lara's performances. Though, you're one of the best, if not the best, in analyzing her vocal flights (surges). Thanks. X
I've already lost count of how many times I've seen this video... when they passed two dozen I stopped counting hahahahahah. Every time I listen to it I notice little details, both Lara's modulations and Jessica's features. This time I would like to say that it seems almost even "painful" for Jessica to listen to this beast of the stage. It was impossible for her to stop to comment on details, because at every moment she heard very interesting things, very difficult to find in other artists, and in this way, she listened to the whole song with only a pause in between. Lara really "gets into" the character she plays with her music, she lives every moment intensely and manages to transmit it both to her live audience (the lucky ones) and to all of us. Jessica, if you want to "suffer" again with Lara Fabian, I would suggest you to listen to Je t'aime from her 2001 Paris concert. I leave you a link to the video with French and English subtitles so that your followers can better understand the lyrics of the song. If you do, I would like you to explain to us how it is possible to sing in such a state of mind... personally I find it impossible. ua-cam.com/video/qO3b-MyyTZg/v-deo.html A big hug and lots of encouragement to continue on your journey through the musical world around us.
Fantastic analysis! More Lara please??? So much technique going on, yet she delivers it with such emotion, seemingly effortlessly. For me, none more impressive than Queen Lara. And it doesn't hurt that she's breathtakingly, stunningly beautiful! The total package and then some.
I also literally cannot get over HOW she makes her mid and upper sustains so clean and RESONANT. There isnt any tension or pressure whatsover. Thats friggin mastery... Also i cant tell if its chest or a mix? It comes to light when she goes up but its still so strong?
it simple, LARA FABIAN is one of the best living vocalists of our time, love love love ur reactions in general, so please, can u do a reaction of her performing BROKEN VOW and YOU'RE NOT FROM HERE ; i can garantie that u will be pleased and surprised ; and by the way, she wrote its
Loved your reaction and analysis! My fave part about this performance was EVERYTHING!!!! Lara Fabian is a vocal goddess and beast (like Shoshana) - I am always amazed at the things she and her voice can do This is from the sane concert as "Je suis Malade" - and this entire concert is EPIC!!!!!
@@jessicasopranonotes ua-cam.com/video/FNVR0yK8Ec8/v-deo.html Broken Vow the sounds quality is amazing and SOOOO POWERFULL!! with the orchestra behind playing the song, it is TRULY A MASTERPIECE :)
YES!! Those low notes are everything! They're silky and velvety, but not foggy or disconnected. This can be such a struggle, and she has mastered it. High notes are gorgeous, but lows give me life! Thank you so much for this wonderful analysis!
@@MariosPOS some critics say that, others say she has bad vowel pronunciations. I totally disagree with them and My feeling is exactly the same as Jessica’s here: breathy low voice but the pitch is still the focus, also her agility to switch from low to high and change registers within the same breath is amazing.
Lara Fabian's vocal talent is so exceptional ...... she has the canny ability to take her audience on a cosmic journey.... and literally SUSPEND TIME....at will. After watching this incredible live performance of Adagio, it feels as though I have been aboard the Voyager space probe to the edge of the Solar System - and back! Mark my word: Lara Fabian is quite possibly the most talented female vocalist of our age.....there's literally no one else like her; certainly not since the 1960s when Julie Andrews captivated audiences worldwide with her extraordinary singing ability.
Please do another Lara, your knowledge and passion are needed to help explain why Lara is able to mesmerize millions. I loved your two Lara reactions sooooo much.
Oh I missed you reacting live on my favorite vocalist !?. I am waiting impatiently for your upload: your first 2 reactions to Lara were simply brilliant, I am excited ! Next reaction to Lara: i recommend Caruso from the same concert (Lara with Love)
Thank you for your reaction. I'm not a singer but enjoy music and have listened to her for many years. I enjoy each performance - she makes me believe not only the message of the song, but that she feels or has lived each word. Each performance is an emotional journey. My favorite part, was seeing the ways this journey touched you. The beauty and connection to music is such a powerful force and is seriously fuel for the soul.
Thanks for explaining the involuntary lip "quiver". Since I first saw it I thought it was a deliberate technique so I was wondering what purpose it was for. Loved your first reaction! :D I was lucky to be at her live concert about 10 years ago. Absolutely stunning, her voice just kind of wraps you up in a warm hug but at the same time bowls you over with the power. I had goosebumps the entire two hours or so. 😁
Thank you so much for your expert analysis of Lara's classic performance of her song. I'm not a singer but am a trumpet player. I guess I shouldn't be supprised by the similarities between the two disciplines. We adjust our embouchure automatically to produce diferent tones, and breath control from the diaphragm is somewhat similar also. Before you explained, technically what Lara is doing to produce these gorgeous sounds, I was just in awe of the beauty of the song. I now also understand how it's done. Think I'll stick with my horn. May I please ask you to review her epic performance of an extract from Barbra Streisand's film "Yentl". She sings "Papa can you hear me" and "a piece of sky". Two horrendously difficult songs. Please find the upscaled video for both visual and audio clarity. Phil
Gaaaah!!!! I’ve been waiting for you to return to Lara for months!!! Thank you for this wonderful reaction!! I always love your breakdowns and explanations!! Fascinating!! Please please please Caruso next or You’re Not From Here!!! (All from the same concert From Lara with Love) You won’t regret it!!! Promise!! Lol
That's how a true great song it is supposed to be created & delivered through an amazing beautiful voice and amazing beautiful spirit in ONE ❤️ Your professional analysis it is like a great gift for another musicians, I suppose, and for not a musician person like me, who enjoy quality and high level job in any direction. And talking about high quality, professional, loyalty and dedication in music, here is Lara Fabian. She is the one who show you how a song become much more than a simply song... 🎵🎶🎶 Anything people will advice you to react of Lara's performances, I will wait and enjoy with all my heart. Sending you kind regards and many thanks 🙏😇🥰❤️
I am so happy that I witnessed two very bright stars perform with such beauty and grace as you both did --Thank you Lara and Jess--so good so special to listen and learn to the very best.
Fantastic reaction and analysis! I really love how excited you got and the depth and detail of your commentary. This song comes from her very soul, so for me there is no one else who can touch her performance. It is mostly mistaken as a love song, but it is so much deeper than that. It's a love song to the powers of inspiration begging them to never abandon her. Adagio is the muse and the God of inspiration. All of this passion, this is how much being a songwriter means to her. When you listen with that in mind it takes on a whole new depth and sentiment. Thank you! ❤️
Your professional micro analysis of the depth & complexity & intentionality of what Lara is doing here is both educational & powerful. Not that an awareness of Lara's brilliance needs any enhancement for me - nor multitudes of others, but given the years of nastiness that she endured by a handful of vicious critics in France (setting up a false competition between her & Celine's skills & claiming that Lara 'didn't actually sing but shouted'!!! ) - even 20 years on - this level of articulation & appreciation of her phenomenal skill by someone at your level is still very affirming. If you haven't already please listen to her 'Caruso'. I believe it has not - nor can be bettered. Cheers & All Best Wishes to You & Yours in all of your endeavours in this New Year. L
Thank you, again, for your excellent analysis of Adagio (lyrics by Lara) and, in passing, the proper pronunciation of her name and surname. Here is a host of links to some of her work. I came back and rewatched this performance after watching the Dimash reaction and ... Dimash is incredible, but for me Lara transcends pretty much everything I've ever seen ANY singer do vocally and emotionally; this song is no exception. I started my own voice training adventure just over a year ago and I find what she does so &**ng inspirational I just can't even. I've loved all your reactions to her stuff especially, Jess, because I feel like she gets to you on the same level she does me. Thanks for the Lara reactions, keep em comin!
I always learn so much when I watch you Jess. I've listened to Lara Fabian for years and years and it's like I never knew why I love her so much, until you. Your explanations always make me go "aaaah that's it". Adagio in Italian is ah-mah-zing. Je t'aime is another masterpiece.
In the history of recorded music there are only a few singers that sound exactly the same when they sing live and when they record their CD/Albums. Lara is one of those gifted voices of all time. I'm glad people are finally reacting to Lara. I've known about Lara since before she ever crossed over to America. There is a great Spanish song she sings live called Quedate that will also drop you to your knees. She speaks a bunch of languages fluently and sings them too like French, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and more. She is Half Belgium/Half Italian.
Just perfection! 🙌🏼 I’m not talking about just of this gorgeous performance of this stunning piece, of course, by theeee one and only Lara Fabian, but to the most amazing and most beautiful explanation of what was going on while Lara was singing… 👏🏼👏🏼 Jess, you are the best, that’s, honestly, what I can say… Thank you again and again!!!! 💪🏼💪🏼 Oh, and my favorite part? Simply: every second of that performance! ❤️❤️
Wonderful reaction, thank you, I like the sound of your voice when you sing! I was obsessed with this song for months once it came out, it is just so damn powerful, Lara is one of my favorite female vocalists and I have several. It's still my favorite of her but tightly after comes Je suis malade. I think her and Beth Hart are the absolute top when it comes to emotional powerhouse female vocalists of this moment.
Sorry, I forgot to answer your question, and I think it is interesting to do so. My favorite part of this song is... all of it, from the first moment to the last breath that Lara put in it. Thank you very much to Lara, and thank you Jessica for your smile and yours comments. A very big hug
I love every part of hearing Lara! Her voice is a gift from GOD and her skill in using it to convey emotions is not simply compelling, but it lassos the listener and drags one, not unwillingly, into the desperation, heartbreak, and despair of the words she is singing; she becomes a musical tour guide - coloring and nuancing every phrase, while evoking the same feelings in her listener; this is her skill and her craft and she is impeccable - a master. My only regret is to have not had a chance to be in the same room with her while she sings!!!
This is such a good video reaction. My favourite between Lara’s ones. So thank you for capturing, with such attention to details, both the emotions and the technique 🙏🏻
Thanks for reacting to one of my all time fave performances! I really loved how you were captivated and stunned and in awe. As always loved your super insightful comments! Love from Germany 🧡
That was a concert for television. There are excerpts (hard to find) on UA-cam that confirm that she had to sing some of those songs twice !!! Either in a red or black dress... That is a feat in itself. Incredible Stamina.
🖒👏👏Laracis truly an outstanding ...natural...performer! Her emotions come so easily across and her singing techniques come only ro support her performance!
Such a wonderful reaction, Jess! I do love this whole performance, so...lol. Not sure I can point out a favourite part, but I love your breakdown of her vocal tones and placement. I agree that Ms Fabian is absolutely a master performer and it is impossible to come away from this without believing what she is saying (of course, it helps that she wrote this one)! Thanks for the breakdown and the insights, Jess!
@@jessicasopranonotes Lara Fabian is director of STAR ACADEMIE. It's a school that teaches talented young people to show off in a competition. She is still as good and as beautiful as ever. It's a charm to watch her go with her students.
@@jessicasopranonotes There are videos of her doing voice instruction, but they're in French. She is as giving of herself as a teacher as she is as a performer.
Thank you! Gorgeous reaction! “Adagio” is one of my favourite Lara’s performances! You must react to “Broken Vow” and “You’re not from here” from the same concert! Incredible performances!!
I'm sad that she only does tours in France, Belgium, Canada and 1 or 2 countries more. I'd pay so much for a ticket to her show if she came to my country...how lucky were those people there, listening to her? Every song they gave her a standing ovation!
I was at her concert in Washington DC in 2017, I believe. It was absolutely magical, but I have to say something. It wasn't a big venue, I can't even remember the name of the theater where she performed, and the audience were mostly non-American born. I would say that the vast majority were Russian speaking folks. I would expect a much bigger venue for such an amazing artist. Unfortunately, she is mostly unknown in US, that's probably why she doesn't tour here as much as I would love her to. I literally would walk barefoot to another state if she came here again with a concert. I was actually thinking about going to Quebec for her summer 2024 concert, until I realized that my passport is expired and I won't have enough time to get it renewed in time.
A fully polished artist expressing her art in its highest form. Though it seems she is overtaken with the emotion of the piece, be assured she is in control of every vibration of this performance and it is all flowing out of a supreme technical mastery guided by a complete artistic vision. That is not to say it is calculated,; she has prepared the physical and mental and artistic instruments to a point where she is able to allow the expression of something that can only be characterized as supernatural. As such, it literally feeds the soul.
The way she sings you know she can do it without the sighs, breaths etc., but she choses to instead use them to convey story and feeling. As you say, she's a performer and is as much about the meaning and emotion behind what she sings as she is about the singing itself, or that's the impression I've gotten :) Never mind that she's amazing at both singing and making you feel the song. I love this one, and Je suis Malade from this same concert makes my eyes tear up. I wish I'd found her sooner (just a couple of years ago) but I'm glad I finally did :) I don't know what my favorite part was, but that long note is one, and in Je suis Malade my favorite part is probably when she makes that cutting motion with her thumb and says she's like a dead bird
Bravo! Both a super in-depth analysis of the vocal magic that Laura uses and a wonderfully heartfelt and emotional reaction at the same time. I love both your enthusiasm and technical knowledge 🙂
She is amazing. As a vocalist, as a performer, as an artist, and as a person. A true gem. Great reaction as well! You’re very easy to listen to and very knowledgeable.
you had me (reaching for the subscribe) at ‘pianissimo’ -thanks for actually listening to the music. you mentioned jennifer hudson dynamically -if you want see that in real time watch lara fabian and laura pausini performing ‘la solitudine’ -i enjoy them both, but they are very different, stylistically and technically. thank you again for the real listen 🙏☀️🙏
.Lara is the only singer on planet earth to sing from her soul to our soul.
You've been hit by... The Queen Of Resonance!
Heard this song 17 years ago on a flight from Copenhagen to Newark. I cried almost from start. Then it was in italian. Love her since that.
By far the best reaction, analysis on UA-cam of this masterpiece

Music is the greatest universal language. Thanks to you.
Am I the only one whose heart flutters whenever he listens to Lara?
Yes, Lara knows what she sings. She is the author of the lyrics of this masterpiece.
Sorry, but she isn't.
It's obviously an intentional artistic/disruptive effect.
Imo it's definitely intentional.
she does the same in other performances, so yea, intentional
Agree, I think it's to add an intentional sound of vulnerability.
Agreed and I also enjoy "Perdere l'amore"... Juste beautiful.
Fedor... thanks for the link
c fait a toi
Concerts are "one take" performance 😉
I saw her live in 2013... she has a superdense superbig voice without screaming- a high dramatic coloratura soprano- one of my singing inspirations

You're a clever person 👏
Please, do more of Lara's videos. They are all amazing❤️❤️❤️
Can’t stop commenting on your videos you’re literally so pleasing to listen to when you react! I’ve watched 100 of reactions to this specific performance and yet you’re still the first one to bring up the things you mention! Thank youuu for making me see new things in this performance!
Thank you so much for watching!!
Jessica is the best making analysis and breaking down the songs and the performances. We need more of her
I've heard of Lara before, but never heard/saw any of her performances, and to say the least, I am pleasantly surprised!
Please explore further and you will go to the next step, from pleasantly surprised to amazed state 🤩
You can start by the 2 reactions that Jess made on Je suis malade and Requiem pour un fou

The magician of our pain and suffering
Lara, you are the voice, the songwriter and composer of the 21st century.
Not sufficiently recognised as such We the Fans must shout it out loud.
she is magical unique!!!!!!!!!
Oh yes i love this song.
@@danielakeller7532 i have a question for you: you told somewhere else that you aleeady heard this song before it resurfaced 2 weeks ago. When and how? Just curious.
@@ericsicard910 some random russian guy uploaded it
@@ericsicard910 Yes, last year someone posted it here on UA-cam. There was a premiere date and you could hear the song just once. After that, it was removed again out of concern that there could be copyright problems.
@Lara The Ring Fabian Yes, that can also be, i only know that i was very disappointed because i would have liked to hear the song again😳.
She now live in Montreal ,Canada . She is in2021 and 2022 ,director of a Academy named "Star academy " a tv show in Montreal
with young singer . You know how they are lucky to have Madam Lara Fabian as a director of this Academy . A real gift for them .
To me she's already a legend. It is not just the emotion, but it seems like every word has a meaning the way she sings it. I love her!
On my side, I also laughed when Jessica said « but how does she do that? »
Jes you are incredibly aware of nuances that skim right past my ears -until you point them out and put words to the tsunami of sound, tones and extraordinary performance moments… I absolutely love your teaching and honest responses. Ok i have burbled long enough, gonna watch it all again! Thank you!

Laura's singing takes you on a spiritual journey, she is other worldly!

This women is a Vocal Legend!!! What a wonderfull performance OMG👑🙌❤
My Favs parts were "That you hear my Heart" the way she says "Hear", The note sustained on "stay" and of course the vowell of the first time that she says "believe" and the ending💯
She is so good
BOOM!!!⚡️💫⭐️⚡️✨🌟💫⭐️⚡️✨👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
THANK YOU Ma’m for your expertise evaluation of THE Greatest singer performer (in my opinion) ever!!!
She still does today…
Ok, I’ll shut up..😄😄😄😂😂
Thank you again 👏👏👏👏👌🥰

Exactly, I was thinking Tony all through the low notes.
Also and who knows why, but Celine does nothing for me. Lara shreds my soul- chills, tears, etc. So for me they are completely different.

Il n'y a pas de mots pouvant décrire les performances de Lara. Cepandant, vous êtes vraiment l'une des des meilleures, sinon la meilleure pour analyser ses envolées. Merci. Xx
There's literally no words to describe Lara's performances.
If you do, I would like you to explain to us how it is possible to sing in such a state of mind... personally I find it impossible. ua-cam.com/video/qO3b-MyyTZg/v-deo.html
A big hug and lots of encouragement to continue on your journey through the musical world around us.
It's mix

YES!! Those low notes are everything! They're silky and velvety, but not foggy or disconnected. This can be such a struggle, and she has mastered it. High notes are gorgeous, but lows give me life! Thank you so much for this wonderful analysis!
I would argue that they're both foggy and disconnected... Low notes are not Lara's strong point
@@MariosPOS some critics say that, others say she has bad vowel pronunciations. I totally disagree with them and My feeling is exactly the same as Jessica’s here: breathy low voice but the pitch is still the focus, also her agility to switch from low to high and change registers within the same breath is amazing.
@@MariosPOS She isn't a robot: she live the song. Everything she does is intencional.

Phil
Lara and Barbara are similar vocally, they could do a show together and it would be a landmark. Imagine a duet. Of any of either of their work.
This reaction was just pure perfection! I watched it like four times already. Thank you for giving Lara Fabian the flowers she deserves.

Anything people will advice you to react of Lara's performances, I will wait and enjoy with all my heart. Sending you kind regards and many thanks 🙏😇🥰❤️
You're truly a professional. Very analytical. I love your reaction. You definitely know your stuff.
Lara is absolutely amazing Live!! I had the opportunity to see her live in Chicago years ago. Loved your video reaction.
I would add “dis moi pourquoi je l’aime” (live) providing if need be another dimension to her craft
Dimash us in my humble opinion 110% technique but only 25% emotion
Dimash has superb voice, but artistically he is not even close to Lara Fabian. Just my opinion.
Undoubtedly one of the best analysis heard on this Lara song... AND I've seen a lot of it.... thanks for this moment...!
My absolute favourite part of this is the consistency of tonal quality. It's all so well connected, smooth and warm. I love it it's breathtaking.
Thank you so much, Esteban! 😀
Finally a reaction to Lara! I waited for quite a long for a reaction to Lara or Voiceplay (Hoist the Colours - still expecting).
This is such a good video reaction. My favourite between Lara’s ones. So thank you for capturing, with such attention to details, both the emotions and the technique 🙏🏻

Once again, in love with your reaction. As an opera singer, you may also appreciate that there is an Italian version to this song.

Oh I’m SOO excited for this one
This analysis was superb. Very observational and insightful. Well done! ❣
Glad you liked it!
First time watching you. Great reaction. Lara is in a class by herself.
Very well written
Lara is amazing. Your reaction was amazing. Loved it!! So emotional, as the performance. I'm an old fan of Lara and a new fan of you, girl!!!
You are the best reactionary human I've ever listen to. Congratz you deserve a medal. I'm learning so much with you! Amazing!!!!
Lara❤
I love this version of the song, i love Lara! Thanks Jess!
Es del mismo concierto.
JE SUIS MALADE 🇨🇵
ADAGIO 🇬🇧, ahora te falta QUEDATE 🇪🇦, ella cantaba en varios idiomas y en todos lo hace GENIAL ❤.
Wow 😍I'm amazed! Wow what a voice and the end of the song was wow 😍
you had me (reaching for the subscribe) at ‘pianissimo’ -thanks for actually listening to the music.
you mentioned jennifer hudson dynamically -if you want see that in real time watch lara fabian and laura pausini performing ‘la solitudine’ -i enjoy them both, but they are very different, stylistically and technically.
thank you again for the real listen
