    Paramatma is giving knowledge, the theoretical knowledge along with practical knowledge. Now, you get it by means of Sadhana. The Sadhna is raajavidyaa raajaguhyam pavitram idam uttamam - please hear carefully. Every word carries so much meaning;
    Rajavidya: this is the king of all Vidyas and this is the supreme most of all the Vidyas and it is carried forward pocessed by the royal kings; Raajaguhyam: it is the secret of all the secrets; pavitram - here pious. Pavithram means that Vidya which reveals the Brahamam. Rest of the things are Apavithram. Apavithram means they are not so sacred. This is the most sacred, why because, it is going to reveal the Parmatman itself. pavitram idam uttamam - that means, it is superior most, supreme, pratyakshaavagamam dharmyam means immediately, spontaneously it will give you the result. Rest of the Vidyas, say other efforts, they may give, they may take some time to to give results. But this Brahmavidya, will yield you intermediate results, Sajjo phalitham. Immediate result. That is, when you get initiated into this Pranayama or yoga Vidya from the first breath, that is, taken upwards onwards it will yield results. That is, you are getting cleared off respiratory passage and the channels through which the life force is travelling. So, in that way, the Brahma Vidya, this yoga Vidya is giving the spontaneous result. Immediate result; pratyakshaavagamam dharmyam - dharmyam means, this is also very important word; dharmyam means, it is the bounden duty, it is a prescribed work. Prescribed by the Parmatma one has to do. You can stop any other action or Karma, but as a human being you have to do this; dharmyam - dharmyam means, that which give use to Dharmam. Dharmam means jnyaanam. That is spiritual knowledge. Practical knowledge. That effort, that Sadhana, which leads to Brahma jnyaanam is called dharmyam.(11.48) The same word is uttered 4 times in Bhagavad Gita, indicating that, mumukshubhihi praanajayaha karthavyo mokshahethave (ముముక్షుభిః ప్రాణజయః కర్తవ్యో మోక్షహేతవే). In the Trishikhibrahmanopanishad it says, a person who wants salvation, this praanajayaham, that is conquering over the life force it is a must for everybody. That's why it is called dharmyam. So here, pratyakshaavagamam dharmyam - immediate result and it is a must and bounden duty for a seeker, susukham kartum means, very easy to practice. avyayam means, it is not perishable. What is not perishable? The result which you are getting out of this Sadhana is also not perishable. That means it will be permanent. Very easy to practice in the sense, when you adopt the stipulated principles, prescribed principles, scheduled principles, this is very easy to practice. It is the easiest of all the other methods also. Even, whatever you call, even Hata yogam and other even external Karmas also, external Karmas also, they are a bit difficult. They require some material to be used for this any other Karma. But for this Vidya no material is not at all necessary. Only thing is, respirations are itself enough to do this Vidya. That's why, this is, it is always available as long as you are alive. Whatever time it is leisure or available for you, you can practice this. That's why, whenever a Sadhna is easier, then only it can be continued for longer period. When it is difficult, definitely we will have to cut short it. We will have break over it. But, this easy Vidya, susukham kartum avyayam. There won't be any other side effects. There is no untoward efforts will be there to this Vidya.
