u prob made this video a bit ago, but st 14 black luffy popped off in Europe. If it ends up meta, which i think is likely, do u think Rebecca will get hard countered like other black decks?
It's hard to evaluate, it did really well in one big tournament, but that is pre-OP08 and we honestly can't overvalue the deck on one outstanding showing. For me, I think a big part of why it did so well is it had good pilots and was very new still so no one knew to expect it (benefits of playing off meta no one tests for you). But with that showing, I assume someone is already looking to counter it in some way. Off of gut feeling, I am not too afraid of it, most of its characters are still midrange, and Fatigue/Hybrid build Rebecca I think stands as a good roadblock for it, mainly because Gravity Blade is a hell of a drug.
I've added in time stamps, I wasn't sure how to do them and thought I was missing some button for them(I just need to be more confident in Googling things). Not sure what you mean for the decks? Did you mean for where I am talking about matchups?
Not to dog on your list, but I think BY luffy should be at S, Enel at A, Vegapunk at B, Kata at A, Pudding at B. (yellow enjoyer, but I also extensively tested a lot of these decks).
I think Enel doesn’t get enough from this set to stay that high up there and Vegapunk definitely gets a ton stronger this set and I think he will move up for that reason
@@the_lord_nick I'd argue that you don't need to get a ton of support to keep your deck relevant. For example, BY Luffy even in OP09 is still relevant without any new cards being added. Enel has such a generic effect that it will always be good. The new 5 cost egghead Nami adds a new option for removal, which is what made Enel so oppressive. I think that starve strategy will definitely fall off but Yellow has so many tools and highroll triggers that you can't underrate a generic yellow deck like Enel.
@@the_lord_nick last thing, sorry im just a D1 Enel D rider LMAOO But Vegapunk is limited by it 2 life lead and the inability to attack. In theory Vegapunk seems pretty gas, but it seems like when you play it you lose out on hand size because people just want to rush you down. Enel has a built in hand filter + survivability that is unmatched to other yellow decks. The fact that you want to play around 1-2 life, and have 4 life means that you naturally will see more cards/options, and even if you get starved there are tools like shirahoshi (sucks to play it down on 5 don) or flampe to help with that and allow for more drawing power. Vegapunk searchers and hand filters typically leave you going neg for the don you have to play and the card in your hand that you have to play out.
It’s not hate all the bottoms tier I am reserving evaluation until later, in the case of pluffy it’s because he gets a starter in a month that should make him better.
Imagine being the guy yawning, it was annoying as fuck, this was the third time making the video just haven't been able to get a good nights sleep this week
@@DarkoStojanovic-ig1mg Ill admit I forgot to include the new luffy deck in the meta list and I omitted nami because yeah she is good and is a top tier deck but tany deck can beat her and it comes down more to who draws a better start for the matchup.

Also I just forgot to include it in my talks, I was prepping and making the video earlier this week before the Europe results got posted lol
Can we please have time stamps included for the decks.

Enel being B tier is wild

Kata and the others are at a spot of wait until starter decks hit, I think he moves up a ton with that help
