You need 4 things. The RVC software, vocals only for the song, instrumental only and a software to combine everything. The hardest part is finding a song with clean vocals because the AI falls apart if there's multiple singers at the same time or if there's a lot of reverb for example. You can make one in 5 minutes with the right song.

It really depends on the song. But at the time i did various renders with different settings and chose the best of each and merged them together.
