I have a broken hip - I'd like something from relevant Paraplegic olympians
That is hard to assess without knowing your range of motion, and seeing as the lower abs, hip flexors, and obliques all work in unison to provide stability its hard to tell through a computer what will hurt and what won't
but might I suggest roman chair situps for a start and see how that feels? If not then crunch machine for sure.
Swimmers aren't allowed to have abs, the ripples in the 6pac create vortex's in the water that will slow you down.
P Body Well... its unavoidable because abs is a core that is importants for all the muscles to work powerful when swimming
I was joking about drag lol. lots of swimmers are ripped.
