Anyone who is doping this type of work can easily see how much you have accomplished since your last video. The dog area is great! This project is coming right along. Thanks for the video.
Nice work! This is the first build that has many of the layout features I was thinking about. It's nice to see how they would look IRL. The bathroom up front with the combined shower access is very nice.
I have watched a million of these and you seem to be closest to doing it right. You are putting the bulk of the permanent weight over the axels instead of overloading the tongue. And the bed in the back doesn't weigh that much unless people are in it. I keep seeing people loading so much crap in these. I am about to start on mine and trying to keep it as light as possible. Will be using the front V for battery storage and electrical stuff and general storage, with the kitchen positioned over the axles. Good job. Can't wait to see the finished result.
It might not look like you made a ton of progress visually, but taking the time to the cabinets and everything else right now is worth it. Thanks for the update!
Nice job! Looking great. One thing you may want to consider... weight distribution. With the bed, storage and mini-split A/C all being aft of the axle, it may induce unwanted and sometimes dangerous sway if the weight distribution is rear-heavy.
yes you are totally right. I do have a scale built in to my towing hitch that has allowed me to check my weight balance constantly. Im aiming for 10-15% total weight on the tongue. the bathroom being so far forward and adding a raised floor has really added quite a bit of weight to the tongue. Really trying to be conscious of distribution and hoping for the best! If my layout is too far off Ill just have to load it with our camping gear and accessories accordingly... maybe have to carry around some sandbags? haha. thanks for the comment!
Oh good. I'm glad you're already all over it. Sometimes I get too focused on a certain part of a project and end up having to rethink/reconfig. Is it the Weighsafe hitch you have? That is what I use. I really think that is any trailer owner's best friend and I'll always use one, no matter the setup. Love it!
Nice build! What do you use for fasteners to attach wood to the aluminum trailer? Are you screwing into the aluminum frame? Thanks, keep up the good work!

Robert Booth thx!! Wanted to avoid a bathroom with a toilet in the shower at all costs lol

I'm using self tapping screws anytime I drill into the aluminum frame
making good progress
thanks i appreciate it!
Do you screw everything to the frame of the trailer or did you put some furring strips to the frame?
We'll be traveling with Dutch shepherd and an American border collie. Hope you don't mind if we steal your idea for their kennel.
Awesome! Keep me posted or let me know if u do video I'd love to follow the build
Can you get me a parts list for your vent for the black tank? I'm having a rough time with my tank install. I don't want another hole in my roof.
What size is this cargo trailer?
19*7
