The Italian army was famous for being ill equipped with poor guns and outdated guns but the good guns that they did have all had one thing in common They were manufactured by Beretta (Seriously their sub machine guns were seen as valuable war trophies and German soldiers kept on producing Beretta 1934 pistols after the Italian government switched sides and kept using them till the end) There’s a bit of history for you, who knew making a smooth bore barrel was so complex?
The "italian government" didn't switched side, simply fascists lost the war really bad against americans and also against internal enemies there were around since the early '30. The german like to think that italians switched side but that's not true, also english people think it because of the words of Churchill. Churchill was true from a certain point of view, before the '38 (racial laws) fascists had the 90% of the italian people with them, after maybe the 20%.

please come over to my channel to watch some of my video too, I hope you subscribed to me too, here's one, about modifying a toy gun for warm up ua-cam.com/video/pA41nY5U8QA/v-deo.html . here's 2 the main dish ua-cam.com/video/tLdxi2jFu8M/v-deo.html , and the Dessert ua-cam.com/video/ahVpiI7fGtc/v-deo.html
First name that came to my mind when i was the old man in the suit was Joseph.
You may know why.
Good ol comrade stalin
Lemi Kadriaj first name should be Jesus Christ watching this video knowing that the Vatican owns Beretta
This shows the complexity and simplicity of modern life to be or not to be the age old question but we sit in the middle going further yet going back
I am not a gun enthusiast or even an expert in one -- I'm only here to learn about guns for a novel that I'm writing lol -- but *You got me on the ending.* It gave me goosebumps when he pointed it towards the sky! (plus the organ music)
One thing to note is that at first glance, the ending had a sound of flapping wings of pigeons... *BUT*
At the same time, I also heard the sound of the clay being catapulted by the machine that shot them into the air, therefore connecting the old tradition of the shooting itself to the new modernity of clay shooting.
That's what I noticed. Great video btw. The message is crystal clear from the beginning to the end 🌹
Beautiful gun. I was expecting the ending to be me crying at my desk with a bottle of whisky and the shotgun on my lap. Great ad, though.
Oh Italy.. Ducati.. Ferrari...Beretta.. Everything's gotta be beautiful.
Now I want one.
why not one of each?
MOM CAN I BORROW YOUR CREDIT CARD?
WHAT FOR?
A BERRETA SHOTGUN!
IS IT UK LEGAL?
I SHOULD THINK SO!
BUY IT!
They indeed are, double barrels anyway.
If you live anywhere near London, visit the Purdy shop for shits and giggles if you can, beautiful guns, beautiful knives.
@@matthewpham9525 Thanks for the place name :)
Now there's another gun shop I can go to
You Brits have Holland and Holland- in my opinion, just as beautiful and fashionable weaponry as Beretta, if not more.
@@matthewpham9525 Over and Unders, Side by sides and Semi's are legal
With a firearms + shotgun license you can get a semi with a larger mag(eg 4+1 for example)
I own a few :P
The Italian army was famous for being ill equipped with poor guns and outdated guns but the good guns that they did have all had one thing in common
They were manufactured by Beretta
(Seriously their sub machine guns were seen as valuable war trophies and German soldiers kept on producing Beretta 1934 pistols after the Italian government switched sides and kept using them till the end)
There’s a bit of history for you, who knew making a smooth bore barrel was so complex?
The "italian government" didn't switched side, simply fascists lost the war really bad against americans and also against internal enemies there were around since the early '30. The german like to think that italians switched side but that's not true, also english people think it because of the words of Churchill. Churchill was true from a certain point of view, before the '38 (racial laws) fascists had the 90% of the italian people with them, after maybe the 20%.

Who here thought this was a short showcase of the history of human progress in developing and crafting weapons from history?
I also thought Beretta was the name of the film's author until I saw the guns. I don't know. maybe it's just me.
Beretta is the name of the weapons manufacturer.
i thought it was going to be a history of Beretta weapons lol
You're not alone xd
No where not that dumb
Shawn Servida Italian hunters buy these. Coming to hunt protected wildlife in Hungary. Shooting tiny school of birds with shotgun. Sportsmen. In Italy hunting is forbidden. As they killed all wildlife.
Geez the way they made the gun was a total banger.
And peoples still asking why I think guns are beautiful...
All that delicate work like radioactive treatment, x-ray inspection, countless hours of underpaid working by the assembly team, quality woodworking, engraving by hand, and most importantly: Stalin putting the gun together...
To kill a damned bird.
Skygerby Italian hunters buy these. Coming to hunt protected wildlife in Hungary. Shooting tiny school of birds with shotgun. Sportsmen. In Italy hunting is forbidden. As they killed all wildlife.
Beretta is owned by the Vatican
@@elveszettszikla in Italy hunting is not forbidden and it is a part of our culture
Come on Mr. Viviani what culture are you talking about exactly? It’s a 200 years old country. Which is not united exactly. Liga Norte and the South huh. Why coming to a 1000+ years old country to kill the wildlife unfairly shooting on tiny birds with shotgun?!
@@elveszettszikla cats kill way more birds than hunters ever could. Seriously, Cats are a plague that have made dozens of species go completely extinct. Most of them 'tiny birds', that hunters wouldnt even try to go after.
Why does a video of a company manufacturing a shotgun nearly bring a tear to my eye?
he had no bullets i don't know what he was planing on shooting
ghost bro
*Shotgun Shells.
The video.
"Boom"
"Yeah, I'm telling you, if I fired, I'd got those two there"
"So uh, why didn't you fire"
*looks at engraving
"Because they can't see..."
If he tried to put bullets into that, he wouldn't be able to shoot anything anyway
Masterpiece.
The weapon and the film
An equally balanced stock made by hand with a chisel and draw knife is the most impressive thing here.
"Those engravings give no tactical advantdge whatsoever"
It gives the enemy an elegant death
Hey Boss
It is not a tactical shotgun!!
This is the type of mechanical engineering I want to be doing
Anyone know what it’s called?
Gunsmithing is the career field. You basically get a degree in mechanical engineering, get some certifications involving CNC machining and apply for a job at a firearms manufacturing company.
Alcerus I already use cnc machines
10/10 and that's why bereta is the best weapons manufacturer
_It's called a gun and it's art_
"It's a nice gun, I'll give you that. But the engravings give you no tactical advantage whatsoever, unless you were planning to auction it off as a collectors item."
It's...for...decoration?
Automatron-449 “But that was some fancy shooting- you’re pretty good.”
Pretty.. Good...
It manages to communicate the esprit, energy, skills, technology, craftsmanship, precision and sheer aesthetics mastery involved in creating a gun. And without saying a single weasel catchphrase you can see these are true people from the alpine valleys. Cut the flummery and get to the meat.
Um dos vídeos mais fascinantes que eu já vi, simplesmente fantástico!!!
That this much ingenuity, precision, labor and care are taken into producing a weapon.
Makes you think...
It's not a weapon

Here we see a man high off the thrill of capitalism.
Suleiman The Magnificent ironically looks like Stalin
And this is why i shoot beretta
N1ckythehunter did you ever visit beretta and see how they build a weapon in reality, not in film ?
The exact same buddy just not such a fancy cnc machine and lathe.
This is why I wish I had enough money to shoot beretta
Why would shoot Beretta? Dude's been dead for centuries...
@@bigdiccmarty9335 give the man some eternal rest, okay? 😂
Legends of firearms manufacturing. Beretta is synonymous with quality.
This just makes me want another beretta. Doubt I could afford this one though 😢
Beautiful cinematography, great craftsmanship - eerie content. The ring on the shooters hand. The whole thing felt like the catholic church smells.
Viktors Joy smh
Miojo depressivo what?
My grandpa gifted me his own Beretta before dying, he loved it, after watching this it's all so more meaningful to me, thanks.
This is a masterpiece.
