Thanks for your kind words, Jan! Great to hear you managed to purchase the HRM, enjoy!! I don't have a donation link at the moment. If you could share this video and any of my other videos that would be more than enough 😁👌🏾
Got this yesterday. Glad it's worth buying. I had to watch UA-cam videos on how to wear the strap and didn't know how to connect. It connected upon wearing it. Thanks for letting me know about the silicon thing.
Great review but my question is you need two different apps? One to set up the heart rate monitor and another one to read the Analytics? Anyway thanks for the review!
To be honest, I've not used both so I cant really give a fair answer. I don't think you can go wrong with either, so I would go for whatever one is cheapest at the time 👍🏽
Hi there , i owned this belt for about 2 years i can say the measurements are fine but the battery consumption on my paired watch is huge(both amazfit pace and stratos 3). Say about 20-25% after 15minutes. Did you noticed something above??
Interesting that it drained the battery of your watch quickly. Did it drain your watch quicker than a different heart rate monitor? 20-25% after 15minutes is crazy... your watch will die in no time at all. I've not had the same issue, but I use a cycle computer so it's a little different.
@@SamFromVACE yes its still functioning. Actually from April 2021 i ve started using this belt again with garmin edge 530 bike computer with no issues at all.The connectivity is fine. If you mean ...battery cell... the battery of the unit i havent replace it yet
@@antonis_karagiannis Does it drain the battery on your edge 530? I need to get a replacement as my Garmin HRM3 just died after like 4yrs of usage. Had wanted to get the Magene HRM but read bad reviews about its life span and poor connection. Coospo brand is new to me but with better reviews from you guys, I'll probably go for the Coospo.
Hey Patryk, unfortunately this HRM doesn't record speed. It can only collect hear rate data. I hope that helps. I'm not sure how you can track speed/running in football but there must be a method.
Mine seems reluctant to turn off. When I use it with my Garmin Forerunner watch or Wahoo Elemnt Bolt, it beeps from the back of my car, several minutes after my workout. I think an accelerometer activates it and not a heartbeat detection.
@@JourdainColeman Hey again! We just got my husband an Oura Ring and he wants to get better heart rate data when he works out, but he doesnt like wearing a watch. We are hoping to find a strap. Right now the Oura Rina connects with Apple Health. Thanks for all your help! Sending good vibes from across the pond.
How do you find strap sizing? Coospo are really confusing. They advertise them in small and large. 25" and 36". Yet the descriptions say strap is adjustable 25" - 36" any way. Why have small and large then? What is the difference? Also I assume 36" is the max BEFORE applying some stretch. Surely My 42" chest would cope with this?
@@JourdainColeman Magene MOVER Dual Mode ANT+ & Bluetooth 4.0 Heart Rate Sensor With Chest Strap on offer at the minute for 14 USD plus a 2 voucher. I have had mine for about 2 years now and funnily enough it's lasted longer than the Garmin. Amazon is great if you need it tomorrow but there are better quality goods at cheaper price if you can wait for a week or two. I ordered two GPS units and two cadence sensors on the 17th and they arrived today. Total price £59.
To be honest I haven't been using all that much lately. It still working but I've not be using it every week. It seems like a sturdy bit of kit though 👍🏽
Hey Giorgos, Yes, you can see your heart rate during a workout if you are recording with Strava. I found some more information about this form the official Strava site - support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049550432-Pairing-Sensors-with-the-Strava-app I hope that information helps 👍🏽
@@geo4st No problem my friend! I forgot to mention there are other apps out there that can also record and show your live heart rate. I've not used any personally as I use a cycle computer, but I know they exist 😁 🇬🇷
Hi Ziad, by itself it won't tell you how many calories you have burnt. If you upload an activity to Strava then Strava will estimate your calories. I hope that helps 👍🏽
I used twice and both times it showed a HR which was about double the correct value (and yes, I'd wet the sensors). I connected to Peleton originally but also later to Strava with the same result. Absolutely useless.

Is it still functioning after 3 years? How often do you have to replace the button cell? Was the connection stable during these few years of usage?

Being a southerner you can afford to spend £20 plus on a HRM up here not more than £13 and toss in an extra strap for £2. Happy days.
I'd buy one for £13 for sure. Did you get one that cheap?
