French black metal pioneers SETH have once again lightened the flame of the early days with ‘La Morsure du Christ’, which can be seen as sequel to their acclaimed debut ‘Les blessures de l'âme’. Returning to their original sound, the band employs French alexandrine verse in their lyrics and choose a striking image as an album art. In a world moving further away from religion and spirituality, the demise of the Notre Dame symbolizes the end of the Christian reign and the ultimate betrayal of God. From the ashes of the cathedral, a godless world will come into being.

The first part i can agree on without no doubt but one of the best bands of all time, that i can't agree on because there are tons of bands out there who are flawless and outstanding, i saw Dissection live -92 in my hometown Norrköping that is hard to beat because Dissection on stage is beyond outstanding, i have also watched Watain live during Casus Luciferi release, they had a release party in my hometown and at that time not many knew they existed and they were more black metal than now i had also an unforgetable moment with Marduk -03, first show with Mortuus, last gig with B-War and he played Throne of Rats live, which is Devo on bass but they made something extra then...
Seth is in top 100 but not top 10 because the competition is fvkking hard dude.
Season of Mist must be one of the best metal labels in existence today ... not just great bands, but absolutely stellar content on the channel here
