I just acquired Guan/scipi and Liu / Alex expertise. I got Zhuge 5.5.5.1 and boudoca 5.5.1.1. i was thinking about Zhuge expertise and boudica 5.5.5.1 then save up for Nevsky Joan? Or should i start saving up right now? I kind of lost motivation after i will be punished 1.4B resources by my kingdom since i violated the mge rules by 1.4M.
