Flying machine with bike engine, paramotor with 175cc 2stroke bike engine, wood propeller all made by myself !
About paramotor engine...
We have many paramotor:
All are Petrol engine
(1) Gx 390 four stroke water pump engine
(2) Gx 200 four stroke. water pump engine
(3) 200cc two stroke Vikramauto engine
(4) 175cc two stroke rajdoot bike engine
(5) hero honda CD100 bike engine etc..
This is all engine are powerful.

Seems you have plenty of power to fly. The bad news is it seems you have many places around the hoop that will cause problems snagging the paraglider lines during launch. A reverse launch would solve that however, if you did get airborne those snag points could still be hazardous. If you can correct this issue, it would be safer. Blue Skies.

It not just about horizontal thrust , you also need vertical thrust and some assistance of parachute or wings to take the flight

What i meant to say is that in india no one really cares about safety e.g traffic rules are not followed and also when it comes to such inventions there is lack of safety as well. There is a video of a guy who built his own helicopter but then before take-off the blades came off and hit him and he died instantly. Could've worn a helmet and some safety goggles or something.

Sadly the lift with that size of a propaler is not possible.. he would need a bigger and heavier part.. more durable to sustain it...
Now more weight means more.. speed... which he wont het in a single 2 piston motor.. which means.. a proper v4 engine.
Now if you combine all the reuqiremnts you basically get helicoper.
The reason why helicopters are so expensive is cause of its parts..
If as if it needs a 40 kg guy.. needing to rival 300 kg.
