Sir my sister is selected for MS CHEMISTRY via scholarship for intl students. And she is 2 months pregnant. She found out later after visa process was done. Parents live in dammam only . Will the university accept it. We haven't informed university yet but will inform soon after the registration for courses is done

Nope. You need to live outside. The maximum cost is around 3,500 SAR.

it's realistic that family housing is getting costly these days, and I understand if the Uni couldn't provide that
