Hi, did you use a clear code over each color? Like Primer -> Gold -> Clearcode (Frogtape on some areas) -> Metal -> Clearcode (Frogtape on some areas) -> Red -> Clearcode ? I have the problem that if I remove the FrogTape the Gold also stick on the Frogtape :(
Hi! No clear coat in between layers. I used primer, gold, then red or gunmetal depending on the final layer color. Sprayed clear over everything once finished. If you are having major problems with the gold not sticking it might be that it is incompatible with the primer that you are using. I used rust oleum flat white primer and the yellow frog tape wasn't a major issue: a.co/3p17Erc
@@ALLYOURTECH3DP The Duplicolor you use are not avalable in Germany, so I they have simulary colors from duplicor. Yeah I had a call with the Labor why this happens, and they confirm that the Gold i used are not designed to work with frogtape, they point me to a other Gold, I will try this.
