36 sqm seems quite small for a 2-bedroom condo unit, but it doesn’t mean that it won’t work. In this project, let us share with you how we managed to make this unit feel much more cozy and spacious, and accomplish all of the requirement and request needed by our client.

Great work! Next time you do a two-condo renovation or any kind of renovation, keep the toilets. When I look at properties the more toilets the better.

It would have been much better that upon entering it would face the living room so that way the kitchen and living room have shared access to the natural light together. Its not good this way because once you open the entrance door, you will be greeted with another door from the 1st bedroom. Facing 2 doors specially the entrance door is not a good flow of energy and fenshui. There is also a dead space or hallway between the kitchen and the 1st bedroom which is a waste of space that could have been an extra space for the living room that should be there with a window access. Demolishing the 2nd bathroom is not a good idea and missed functionality because its not only expensive to get rid of the feature but also it can be used as an onsuite master toilet for the master bedroom that should be there instead of a living room. Although the master bedroom does not have a window but it creates balance since its bigger than the 1st bedroom and has an onsite toilet and bath master bedroom
