    I hear you say "balance and symmetry" when I'm out back trying to get my yard to be 4% of the yard you have 😂
    I so enjoy watching your videos!

    That looks good Jess! The symmetry you created with the arborvitae along your pathway steppers looks great too.❤😊

    Your plants are definitely "renters" not "home owners" with the way they get moved around 😉
    Thanks for sharing and yes, I do not like working in the heat 🥵

    Jess, I live in California but I have gotten so much gardening inspiration from you. Especially moving plants when they don’t quite work out. Thanks for everything.

    It's gotten super hot and humid here in Oklahoma. Everything I go out and work in the yard I have to shower because I'm wet from sweat. But that's how it goes when it gets hot out I guess! Your bed is coming together nicely. I'm loving it!

    PLEASE don’t take this the wrong way, but you crack me up moving your plants around like chess pieces 😊💐💚🙃I myself do move plants around occasionally but with my soil it sets them back so much I’m reluctant to do it. Your garden is beautiful by the way. 💐💚🙃

      Thanks so much! No offense taken at all. Ive been moving plants for 7yrs now & I don't see that changing anytime soon LoL. If I don't like something, I change it😉🤷🏾‍♀️💚

    I think you should take a picture of your garden and plan your layout out carefully e.g. size, spacing, height considerations etc. Like think about the end goal. Believe me it’s a lot to replant plants also considering it’s getting hot your plants might not have time to recover from plant shock. I do like your content😊

      My garden consists of majority clearance plants I find on a whim so I cannot plan my beds ahead. I rehab what I find them find a home for them 😉💚💚💚

    Jess it can’t be very good for your plants to dig them up and move them around so much. Maybe you could plan your garden on paper or on the computer, place and space them like you like and then plant them. Less work for you in the intense heat. 🌿💚

    • @KreatyveGardenista
      @KreatyveGardenista  3 місяці тому +7

      I never plan out my beds mainly because I never know what plants I'm going to find. 95% of my garden consists of clearance plants I save from the death racks so I never know ahead of time what treasures I'm going to find. I bring home clearance, rehab them, & then find a home for them in my beds which often requires moving things around. I'm so used to moving plants it's the norm for me LoL.🤷🏾‍♀️ Fortunately I've never lost a transplant I baby everything I move 🙌🏾👩🏾‍🌾💚💕

    I always enjoy watching your progress and get so many good ideas! 😊🌺 Ive had to pull 3 newly planted evergreens out of the ground until fall, bc we are having temps in the 90s for the last 6 weeks with only 2 days of rain. They were unable to adjust with no root system in the ground. Im in a subtropical zone - zone 9b.

    • @KreatyveGardenista
      @KreatyveGardenista  3 місяці тому

      Water Water Water!!! Evergreens prefer cooler temps so they require more watering in our warmer zones than most plants💦
