Wow this list is sick, never would've thought of running this deck with only 1 cornfield and no frightfur package but makes sense, the muckraker is a sick idea too I haven't seen used. Love any runick deck you have the room to run talents in.

I've been contemplating playing this deck seeing as I did good but not great at my regionals with Branded Chimera My question (without having done much thinking) is how do you beat Purrely going second? Runick doesn't play any handtraps and there's no way to out the big cat once it's on the field as far as I can see
I have always used flashing chained on the trap to stop them. Also tip in draw phase people dont realize they should chain trap to that but they always greed wait for sp and i just search flashing. You can also deck them out too, perks of secondary win condition! @@isaacchan1421

I play tear in my list for an extra fusion if I’m able to. Especially my second turn if my chimera fusion gets popped. Go Branded fusion, dump albaz and merlli, you have mirrorjade and dragostapellia (sorry can’t spell) by shuffling back chimera fusion monsters.
Sounds like a cool idea, I’d be more inclined to try it if Merrli was better to draw - though I guess normal summoning it and milling Runick spells for fountain is kinda funny

This deck beats Purrely going second by making Bagooska, and using Chimera and Muckraker to keep on reviving it - there’s also ways to protect Bagooska from Azalea too And if they don’t end on Noir and are trying to make it with Yeap, you can sometimes just Flashing Fire in response to Yeap
Because you can’t get to Wanghu if you get Shiftered, which is one of the main ways Floo beats this deck (I assume the three cards you’re referring to are the Zombie ones + Metaverse)
Albion is important as a way to fuse with Albaz + a light monster (like Purrely or Zeus), and sending it off Mirrorjade to grab another Branded Fusion is useful too - because even if you’re out of Albaz you can use that Branded Fusion as a discard outlet for Hugin With the massive combo decks I try to break their board with Thrust and other board breakers post-siding (Mannadium is the only one that’s super hard to break, but even that one is doable). I didn’t think they’d be popular enough to consider preparing for further and I couldn’t quite fit Droll in the side
i would really love to adapt this into ocg if possible do u have some sort of advice or feedback because we only have 1 branded fusion and 1 fountain over here 😢

I would never play more than 1 Albaz because excess Branded Fusions can still be used as discard fodder for a Rindbrumm-revived Albaz. Also unlike in normal Branded, Albaz is not that good to draw in this deck I don’t always go for Lubellion, but if I have the option to without suffering from the discard then I will

The one time golden droplet is good is if your opponent is playing prosperity. You make them draw and then prosperity is a dead card

You expend their resources quickly with all of your removal, and eventually you will have a battle phase to finish them off

I played it at Dortmund yep, but bricked really hard twice and didn’t make day 2 - I opened both shufflers and Albaz in 2 different matches 😅

Love the deck but why not run king tiger wanghu in the side instead of three cards in the side
Because you can’t get to Wanghu if you get Shiftered, which is one of the main ways Floo beats this deck (I assume the three cards you’re referring to are the Zombie ones + Metaverse)
Phantazmay playing into thrust never came up as an issue?
Normally no, since they see that I don’t play handtraps game 1 it’s likely that they might side out into less talents/thrust if they’re going first
