Litti Chokha can be considered as a national dish of Bihar. It was started as a meal of poor and then was sold on carts on the street and then reached the kitchen of Bihar. Chetan Bhagat and Sonakshi Sinha tweeted about the dish. Now it has become the soul food of Jharkhand as well as Bihar.

Its like same here in Assam everywhere people sell momo, chingra Or samosa, phucka, chowmein but what is latti choka ? In Assam many chicken and pork dishes are famous but all over India 🇮🇳 there is very much food diversity . Here in Assam we enjoy pitha and in South India it is dosa idli with sambhar and chutney.

I was visiting home on holidays, went to Maurya Lok for nostalgia sake. Almost had the same food and ended up puking for 20 min. Such a bad experience 😭
It totally depends on stalls...not every stalls makes good food but yeah they charge almostly same😶

I m from Patna, but living in Indore since 2015. But during lockdown I returned back to Patna. I used to go to Maurya Lok with my family. I remembered everything after watching your video.
Now I m again living in Indore.
And yes ur food review is very genuine. I also tried banajara stall chowmein, it was very poor in taste and costly also. NEVER DARE TO TRY MOMOS & PAANIPURI IN MAURYA LOK COMPLEX. Every momos stall gives very less vegetables filling in momos. Khali rehta hai momos inka. Panipuri sirf mehenga milta hai, taste accha nahi rahta wahan. Isse accha paanipuri aur momos bahar saste mein mil jaayega Patna mein.
BUS EK SAMOSA CHAT/TIKKI CHAT/ PAPDI CHAT WALA STALL ACCHA BANATA HAI WAHAN PAR (CENTER GATE PE PASS WALA STALL)

@@JyotiJayswal Patliputra golambar par ek "Arvind egg roll" naam se chota sa stall lagta hai .... unka double chicken egg roll laazawaab banate hain. Main 2007 se unka customer tha. Unka egg roll main ab Indore aakar miss karta hun. Wahin just bagal mein ek chinese ka stall bhi hai, unka dry chilli chicken bhi zabardast hai.

quality street food is still missing in patna ...i dont know why ...yhan punjab me whi ke workers log itna behtreen food khila rhe sbko ...but whan kyun ye kaam ache se ni ho rha pta ni lgta . i tried last was lakhu da dhabha ... the food was average i would say below than the quality offered by even low financised dhabhas of punjab . but no one can match litti smosa ghughni , mutton, sweets of patna uska to alga hai baat .
Patna ka choumin achhe jagha khaiye. Ek jagha kha ke aap compare nahi kar sakte ki Ranchi me achha tha. Ok.....
