Adobe can scan your computer for files and data they find desirable. If you make an amazing iP with huge potential, under the new terms of service they now have license over that iP and can make whatever they want with it.

I think everyone at this point knows very well that the thickness of a corporation's progressive veneer is directly proportional to their anti-competitive, anti-consumer, and exploitative practices. And oh boy does Adobe put on a good show of progressive pandering.

"Your content is yours and will never be used to train any generative AI tool." Why do I have to accept terms that allow you to use my content for machine learning then? I don't trust that Adobe won't do it anyways, AI companies have a repeated pattern of taking and training before asking.
